Human Capital Analytics

Overview

Human Capital Analytics is a 2-day workshop which highlights the relationship between HR Analytics, business, workforce and HR strategy. They will cover Analytics techniques and tools and how to identify the root cause of workforce issues. Strategic data collection techniques and analysis will be illustrated. In addition, an advanced analysis Toolkit, obstacles that resulted from failures and best practices in Human Capital Analytics will be introduced. HR Standards and Techniques will be discussed together with hands-on exercises, interactive case studies and applications to make sure participants acquire new tools and concepts and enrich themselves with new strategies that can quantify future workforce decision and transform HR impact on business strategies.

It will be beneficial for your company as business people are beginning to recognize the importance of human capital on the bottom line of organizations. However, basic HR measurements and metrics without analyzing and linking the information to business results only emphasize on reporting trends or at most, alert a shift in pattern.
