SUMMARY:Human Factors Safety Critical Task Analysis (SCTA)
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nHuman Factors is recognized as a key topic for addressing safety in the oil\, gas\, onshore chemical plants\, pharmaceutical manufacturing and power generation sectors. \nWhat is Safety Critical Task Analysis (SCTA)?\nTask Analysis refers to the study of what actions and mental processes a person needs to perform to achieve a goal (Kirwan and Ainsworth). It often breaks down tasks into smaller subtasks to describe how they are done. \nSafety Critical Task Analysis (SCTA)\, on the other hand\, focuses on tasks that are critical to preventing major accidents. These are tasks where human factors can contribute to\, cause\, or fail to mitigate a major accident. \nDefinition of a Safety Critical Task (SCT):\nAn SCT is any task where human error could: \n\nCause or contribute to a major accident\nFail to prevent or mitigate one\n\nSCTs occur in various operational contexts\, such as: \n\nOperational tasks: e.g.\, loading liquid petroleum gas (LPG)\, sampling hazardous substances\, or isolating piping/equipment.\nPrevention and detection: e.g.\, testing safety systems or overriding safety functions.\nControl and mitigation: e.g.\, testing pressure safety valves or firewater pumps.\nEmergency response: e.g.\, deploying firefighting equipment or launching lifeboats.\n\nA “major accident” refers to an event like a large emission\, fire\, or explosion that poses serious risks to health or the environment\, as defined by the Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) Regulations. \nSCTA Process\n\nIdentify Safety Critical Tasks: Determine which tasks are critical to safety.\nPrioritize SCTs for Analysis: Decide which tasks need deeper analysis.\nAnalyze Human Actions: Study which human actions or inactions could lead to failure.\nInstall Layers of Protection: Develop safeguards to reduce human error or its consequences.\n\nSCTA is often conducted during project design or safety updates\, but it’s increasingly embedded into operations as an ongoing activity\, especially when tasks and equipment change. \nImportance of Embedding SCTA in Operations\nFor large-scale operations\, getting specialist input at every site may not be practical. Therefore\, companies are building SCTA knowledge within their workforce\, especially at the management and supervisory levels. This approach improves: \n\nRisk assessment quality\nIncident investigations\nImprovement suggestions\n\nSCTA also supports better maintenance and safety culture by giving personnel a structured way to examine their procedures. This can reveal key barriers to safety and the steps necessary to protect them. \nPerformance Influencing Factors (PIFs)\nA key element of SCTA is understanding PIFs. These factors can either strengthen or degrade safety barriers. Personnel who are familiar with these factors can: \n\nRecognize when safeguards are failing\nUnderstand how human performance impacts safety\n\nBenefits of SCTA\nA well-executed SCTA program can lead to: \n\nImproved major accident hazard (MAH) safety performance\nFewer environmental incidents\nReduced production downtime\nImproved quality\nCost reduction in major projects\n\nIn summary\, SCTA is a powerful tool for analyzing human factors in safety-critical tasks\, helping to prevent major accidents and improve safety performance across industries. \nWho Should Attend\n\nPlant Managers\nProcess Safety specialists\nProcess plant designers\nSupervisors\nSenior process operators\nProcedures and training developers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nUnderstand Human Factors and SCTA\nUnderstand the different types of human error that need to be addressed within process safety\nBe able to use techniques such as Hierarchical Task Analysis\, Human Failure and Consequence analyses\, and Performance Influencing Factors evaluations  for simple tasks\nBe able to develop risk-informed procedures and competency standards based on the results of the SCTA work\nStart to think about developing policies and a programme of work using SCTA to address human factors in process safety\, with particular emphasis on satisfying regulatory requirements such as COMAH\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - SUMMARY:Decommissioning of Offshore Oil and Gas Installations
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nDecommissioning offshore Oil and Gas installations are an inevitable part of the ‘Life of Field’ activities. This offshore installation decommissioning training carries a multi-billion $ cost with no commercial return. This training course is essential to all those involved in decommissioning who need to be aware of their obligations and liabilities for decommissioning and how best to manage those such that opportunities can be realized\, and overall costs reduced. This will provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of offshore decommissioning from late-life operations\, through to planning\, estimating\, preparation\, execution and closeout. \n\n\n\n\nDecommissioning offshore oil and gas infrastructure involves permanently sealing wells to prevent any remaining hydrocarbons from leaking into the sea or migrating between rock layers. It also includes the removal of offshore structures from the marine environment\, aiming to leave a clean seabed wherever technically feasible\, environmentally advantageous\, and with minimal risk to personnel involved in the process. Aside from long-term environmental monitoring\, decommissioning marks the final stage in the lifecycle of an oil and gas production facility. The forementioned will be covered in this offshore installation decommissioning training. \n\nOpus Kinetic is also a proud member of the Energy Institute of UK. \n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\nEngineers/Managers of the following job titles: \n\nConstruction\nDecommissioning\nHSE\nFront End Engineering\nMarine Safety\nOffshore Installation\nProject Quality\nProject Engineering\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nGain a detailed understanding of all aspects of decommissioning\nA rare learning experience through real-life decommissioning related exercises and case studies\nInteraction with other professionals\nOpportunity to hear how decommissioning challenges are managed internationally\nOpportunity to see and discuss future changes and technologies for decommissioning\nGain an understanding of the decommissioning market and influences\nIdentifying decommissioning opportunities\nAbility to identify and mitigate decommissioning risks and issues\nLearn how to develop a decommissioning strategy\nOpportunity to learn\, adapt or improve current skill-set\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Human Factor Training: Integrating Human Factors into the Design and Operations Risk Framework
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 3-day face-to-face human factor training course. In order to integrate human factors into an effective framework for managing risk in hazardous industries\, companies need to address several key questions: \n\nHow do we build a sustainable operating culture to deliver consistent behaviours within our employees\, suppliers and contractors?\nWhat is required as regards demonstrating how human factors and the associated risks are delivered to the satisfaction of regulators who adopt a Safety Case regime?\nHow can we mitigate human error in design and operations\, by the application of best practice evaluation tools such as Safety Critical Task Analysis?\nHow can an organization build resilience to recover from a catastrophic event?\n\nParticipants will discover the real challenges that face the Executive Management team and their senior HSE design and operations’ professionals\, in building the organizational capabilities necessary to reduce the risk associated with human competence weaknesses to As Low as Is Reasonably Practicable\, ALARP. \nThe key industry sectors covered will be the upstream\, midstream and downstream oil\, gas\, petrochemicals and related business segments. However\, given the nature of major accidents\, the course is equally useful to senior professionals in the power\, nuclear\, railway and aviation industries. \nThe human factor training course will describe the best practices in the development of competency management systems and how management can identify the types of human error and pre-conditions that increase the likelihood of error occurrence. The human factor training will also cover several critical design and analysis tools that must be applied such that the ergonomic aspects of the human-machine interface are engineered to promote consistent safe behaviour. \nOrganisational cultural models and behaviours surveys will be described such that management may benchmark their business against the cultural maturity model. In addition\, the principle characteristics of what are termed High-Reliability Organisations\, HROs will be explored. Such HRO principles are applied in complex high hazard industries such as the military aviation and nuclear submarine sectors. \nA key aspect in promoting positive behaviours stems from the actions of leadership teams in the company and the best practice leadership approaches\, including the effective use of management site visits to reinforce the quality\, safety and reliability performance within their area of control will be explored. \nA further critical area to be covered will be the training of indigenous staff to operate high hazard facilities in developing countries\, which is critical to being awarded contracts and to continue to establish their business in e.g. Africa\, Asia and the Middle East. \nAt the end of this wide-ranging and human factor training\, participants will be able to re-assess their own companies’ strengths and weaknesses in developing the capabilities and behaviours needed to maximise profitability and safety\, within ever more complex technology and enhanced stakeholder expectations. \nWho Should Attend\nThe human factor training course is aimed at people who wish to attend the course and put into practice the key tools of managing human factors in their company. This may include: \n\nHuman Error Investigation Specialists\nHuman Factors Design Engineers\nCompetency and Training Managers\nHSE Managers\nProject Engineers\nReliability Engineer\nHSE Engineers\nHSE Coordinators\nMaintenance Managers\nProcess Safety Managers\nMechanical\, Process\, Instrument and Control Engineers\nManagers responsible for the safe operation of facilities\n\nThis human factor training is also aligned with Singapore Safety Case Regime requirements. SUMMARY:Integrated Offshore Commissioning
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 3-day offshore commissioning training course. Cost (or loss) analysis on offshore mega projects very consistently show that it is during commissioning that the loss potential = overrun potential\, will manifest itself. This is the phase where all the design flaws and construction errors will surface\, and this is the phase where the expensive and time consuming changes and modifications will have to be undertaken. \nChanges and modifications will be executed simultaneously with a very hectic commissioning program\, while everybody expects the project. Commissioning Manager to manage and control all this\, and still deliver on time and on budget. \nCommissioning of mega offshore projects\, whether it is an FPSO\, a GBS\, a steel jacket or other concepts\, is a large and complex undertaking which all too often do not receive enough management focus at the early stages of the project\, especially when it comes to enough upfront quality planning (front end loading) and preparations in place\, and making sure practical risk assessments are viewed as a continuous activity throughout the project. \nThis offshore commissioning training course had been designed to further enhance management and team member’s focus on the critical success factors that have to be controlled in order to successfully deliver on the commissioning plan. \nThe course will be divided in 4 separate modules that collectively will cover a variety of issues such as: planning principles\, building the schedule\, figures and  factors\, integration with HU and Operations plans\, organizational concepts\, GAP reviews\, practical risk analysis\, commissioning package mark-ups\, critical systems testing\, close-linking of testing activities\, module –to- integration yard considerations\, operations involvement\, streamlining of engineering query process\, progress reporting\, integrated project team considerations\, documentation at hand – over and etc.. \nPractical workshops and interactive discussions are vital parts of the course. Participants will be assigned to teams and work on real cases as well as being challenged to design ideal set ups based on the given course material. \nWho Should Attend\nThis offshore commissioning training course is designed for individuals involved in planning\, coordination and execution of large Offshore Oil & Gas Projects. It is especially valuable for Commissioning Managers\, Commissioning Leads\, Commissioning Engineers\, Commissioning planners\, but also very useful for Project Managers\, Hook –Up managers and Operations personnel involved in offshore projects. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nGain a thorough understanding of the importance of early commissioning planning and preparations.\nApply the key tools and methods necessary to ensure quality throughout the commissioning phase.\nClarify the application of continuous risk assessments prior to and during the whole project phase.\nAppreciate the control of the critical success factors that can make or break the project.\nPinpoint the importance of the right value chain approach when organizing the project commissioning phase.\nUncover the operations drivers that should be implemented and monitored.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Process Safety Competence Masterclass
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 4-day process safety training course. Why is Process Safety Competence (PSC) important? Many incidents happen because necessary knowledge or competence is not available at the right time in the right place. PSC often also has a role in ensuring that the correct actions are taken when an incident occurs and may be critical to reducing the impact of the event and preventing escalation. \nA brief literature search on some of the more important process industry incidents quickly found links to PSC in every case: \n\nFlixborough (UK\, 1974): Explosion due to release from a temporary bypass assembly of inadequate design operated by insufficiently competent people (Health and Safety Executive 1975)\nPiper Alpha (UK\, 1988): the public enquiry into the Piper Alpha explosion in 1998 concluded that the operating company failed to ensure that a key supervisor was sufficiently competent in the operation of the PTW [Permit to Work] system\nLongford (Australia\, 1998): Failure to identify hazards and properly train operators. Insufficient understanding led to a critical incorrect valve operation (Hopkins 2000)\nBP Texas City (USA\, 2005): 1.5 Key Technical Findings: …..A lack of supervisory oversight and technically trained personnel during the start-up\, an especially hazardous period…. The operator training program was inadequate\nBuncefield (UK\, 2005): There should be a clear understanding of major accident risks and the safety critical equipment and systems designed to control them……At the core of managing a major hazard business should be clear and positive process safety leadership with board-level involvement and competence to ensure that major hazard risks are being properly managed\n\nProcess safety competence plays a vital role in preventing or mitigating process incidents: \n\nCompetent people are less likely to initiate situations that could lead to an incident\nCompetent people can detect the early signs that an incident is possible and prevent it from occurring\nCompetent people can mitigate the impact of an event to reduce the potential for harm\n\nWho Should Attend\n\nHSE Engineers/Managers\nProcess Safety Engineers/Managers\nTechnical Safety Specialists\nTechnicians\nTechnology Managers\nOperational Leaders and Inspectors\nManagers responsible for the safe operation of facilities\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nEvaluate and optimize your Process Safety Management System (PSM)\nApply best practices for all essential elements\nRecognize Process Hazards and reduce the Risk to acceptable levels with techniques like HAZOP & LOPA\nUnderstand the Legislation on Hazardous Chemicals and assure Compliance\nCreate the desired Safety Culture in your organization.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 -
