DESCRIPTION:Overview\nThe emphasis of learning is to provide a framework within which an effective and efficient tender process can be designed and implemented\, a positive approach that leads not only to the appointment of appropriate suppliers but to ensuring that the ongoing relationship is a mutually beneficial\, respectful\, proactive and strong one ensuring a much sought after\, wholly balanced and highly effective Bid and Tender Management process. \nThe course is designed to fully equip delegates with the necessary understanding\, skills\, tools and templates to swiftly and effectively implement world-class tendered procurement strategies and processes to ensure that the organisation is able to capitalise on a the many opportunities available when utilising a class leading approach to a well-structured and thought out\, tender process. \nThe course provides the basis for being a “good customer” by embracing a structure to the tendering process that ensures engaging with a valuable supplier partner. The three days include preparation\, best practice procedures\, bid evaluation\, award\, debriefing along models for implementation and onward contract management.
