SUMMARY:Advanced Shutdown\, Turnaround and Start-up Training - Malaysia / Singapore
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a virtual shutdown and turnaround training\, for the upcoming in-person session click here or register through eShop. \nThe planning\, preparation and execution of a turnaround is a complex undertaking that demands an effective strategy\, a high degree of control and great attention to detail. It also requires a profound understanding of the critical elements that go to make up a turnaround and the drivers and constraints that shape the event. This requires involvement of every level of the company from senior management who set the framework for the event to the craft personnel who perform the actual work. The shutting down and start-up phases of a turnaround are critical to the success or failure of the event and as such must be planned and prepared in as much detail as the mechanical phase. There comes a point in each area of the turnaround at which most tasks have been completed and the systems may be handed back to operations for start-up. This is a critical transition phase and if not properly controlled\, time\, money and effort can be wasted. Although it may seem to the casual observer that the start-up of the plant is simply the reverse of shutdown\, there are some significant elements which differentiate the two events: \n\nThere are many tests – pressure tests\, system tests\, loop checks and trip and alarm tests – which have to be carried out during the start-up.\nThe start-up comes when most people have been working long hours and are tired. Tired people make mistakes.\nUnlike the shutdown when the plant is being cooled down and de-pressurised and fluids are being extracted during the start-up\, the plant is being heated and pressurised and fluids are being introduced increasing the hazards.\nThere is a possibility that on shutdown\, critical path time lost may be recovered. On start-up however\, such time lost cannot be recovered; it simply extends the duration.\nThere may have been thousands of individual activities performed on the plant equipment\, any one of them may have been incorrectly performed and caused a fault to emerge during the start-up.\nAn isolation plate inadvertently left in position during the start-up can have consequences ranging from frustrating to catastrophic.\n\nDepending upon the type of plant\, the start-up process can last anything from a few hours to many days. Whatever the length of time\, the handover must be done effectively. The operations team must control the start-up in the same way as the shutdown and engineering work. This course is the product of over 30 years of practice by turnaround professionals working in different industries in many countries around the globe and its principles are embodied in the “Model of Excellence for Turnarounds” that forms the central pillar of the workshop.\nThe basic principles of the methodology are: \nThere are only two types of work on a turnaround\, routine and unexpected. If the routine is under control\, there is time to deal with the unexpected. However\, if the routine becomes unexpected\, the unexpected may become catastrophic. Each module offers a practical approach with exercises and examples that draw out and develop participants learning and experience in addition to that offered by the workshop. \nWho Should Attend\nThis workshop is designed to be beneficial to all individuals who are involved in the planning\, preparation\, execution and commissioning of plants during and following a turnaround. It is especially useful to managers\, engineers\, operations\, planners\, schedulers\, logistics coordinators\, cost managers and supervisors. It would also be of use to safety officers\, inspection and engineering personnel in order to increase their level of awareness of the workings of turnaround management. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nImprove your company’s approach to planning and scheduling.\nProvide a framework for effective turnaround execution.\nHighlight the unique safety requirements of turnarounds.\nFoster the “one team” approach to turnarounds.\nProvide a comprehensive knowledge base for turnarounds.\nDemonstrate the latest planning techniques for turnarounds.\nHighlighting the operational check out and startup requirements.\nLearn the conditions for acceptance of the plant by plant operations personnel.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Mini MBA for Oil & Gas
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 5-day training course. The International Oil and Gas Industry is extremely dynamic – it is constantly evolving\, driven by and dependent upon technology. Ever more remote and inhospitable environments such as the Arctic and Ultra-deep water drilling operations push the boundaries of capabilities on a daily basis as the search for a sustainable competitive advantage quickens. There are multiple stakeholders – each with a different agenda or perspective – the need to manage these interfaces is critical if the modern oil and gas organisation is to survive and flourish. The true capital of any organisation is its people and the knowledge and abilities that they possess. It is imperative to add to this value by ongoing development and learning – investment in this way will contribute directly to the creation and sustainability of a competitive advantage. \nBut time is critical and it is often difficult for individuals to find the time for prolonged and protracted study given the need to balance workload and family life. This programme was developed specifically to directly address this all too familiar problem. Over a period of 3 days\, delegates will acquire a detailed holistic perspective of the International Oil and Gas Industry – its components and the interactions between them. Strategy; commerce and critically important issues such as Corporate Social Responsibility are all covered. This course has been designed to be an immersive experience for the delegate and has an integral team role play exercise that is enacted in stages throughout the course. The intent is to provide the delegate with a new source of knowledge that is immediately applicable and adds value. \nWho Should Attend\n\nExecutives wishing to increase their understanding of SUMMARY:Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Masterclass
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis 5-Day training course provides the delegates with an overview of Root Cause Analysis and gives them the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate an effective RCA. The participants would learn a number of tried and tested methods to help identify the causes leading to the incident. The delegates will develop understanding of Influence & Causal Factor\, Charting\, the ‘5 Why’s’\, ‘Fishbone’ or ‘Ishikawa’ Cause & Effect concepts and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Each of these methods is in widespread use throughout industry with their pedigrees going back to the early 1970’s. The case studies analyzed during the workshop would develop the participants into a Professional Investigators and would let them grasp how to use RCA techniques to prevent the occurrence of any future incidents. \nIncident analysis tools take the information obtained by the investigation process and use this to identify underlying\, systemic causes. The depth of the analysis can vary from superficial factors close to the immediate causes\, through deeper underlying causes and failures. These may include latent failures (e.g. a failure in design) and cultural analyses of why an organization allowed an incident to happen. Root Cause Analysis is an analysis methodology to uncover underlying causes which is usually based on a predefined list of causal categories. \nWho Should Attend\n\nTechnical Operational Staff\nChief Engineers / Senior Engineers /Fresh Engineers\nPlant Managers\nProject Managers\nQuality Managers\nTechnical Managers\nTechnical Supervisors\nBusiness Development Managers\nERM (Enterprise Risk Management) Professionals\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nMANAGE change and how to implement Reliability/Integrity improvement projects.\nLEARN how to solve problems systematically by using a proven structured approach.\nUNDERSTAND the various RCA tools & techniques & their respective benefits.\nAPPRECIATE the Human Reliability and various techniques to improve / manage.\nIMPLEMENT measures to ensure gains are produced and established for continuous improvement.\nRECOGNIZE common barriers to RCA and apply techniques to overcome those barriers.\nMONITOR and control the RCA process and ensure mitigating actions are delivered.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Sedimentary Rocks and Depositional Environments
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a sedimentary rocks training course. Sedimentary rocks and their depositional environments are fundamental to all aspects of petroleum geoscience\, including evaluation of the petroleum system\, exploration\, field appraisal\, reservoir characterisation and development\, and solving production issues. Equally\, they are fundamental to the study of stratigraphy\, mineral resources\, water resources and global environmental change. \nSediments deposited in rivers and deserts\, deltas and deep-sea fans\, coasts\, shelves and contourite drifts\, bioherms and carbonate platforms\, all differ significantly in their rock properties\, diagenetic character\, heterogeneity and architecture. Such differences are key to understanding their behaviour as source rocks\, migration pathways\, reservoir rocks and seals\, in both conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon systems. \nThis sedimentary rocks training covers clastic\, carbonate\, evaporite and volcaniclastic sediments\, and the full range of settings in which they are deposited – including continental\, shallow marine and deepwater depositional environments. Careful consideration is given to the principal diagnostic features of sediments from the main environments – in the field\, in cores/bore-holes\, and in modern systems. Rock features include sedimentary structures\, textures\, composition\, petrophysical characteristics\, and biogenic/organic content. For each environment\, selected wireline logs will be examined\, and the overall rock geometry or architectural elements discussed. A series of case studies will illustrate a range of hydrocarbon fields and plays from each of the main depositional environments. \nThe presentations are fully illustrated with high quality colour images of sediments and sedimentary rocks from a wide range of modern\, ancient and subsurface examples. \nThe sedimentary rocks training will build on the handbook Sedimentary Rocks in the Field (Stow\, 2005) and the new edition in preparation\, Sedimentary Rocks in the Field and Core (Stow and Gerard\, 2021). Each participant will receive a copy of the latest revised edition of this book as well as a full set of the PowerPoint presentations. \nWho Should Attend\n\nGeologists\nGeophysicists\nPetroleum engineers\nProject and senior management.\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nUNDERSTAND the economic and environmental significance of sedimentary rocks\nAPPRECIATE the full range of sedimentary rocks and their key differences\nRECOGNISE the nature and origin of the principal sediment characteristics\nDISTINGUISH between types of sedimentary rocks – modern\, ancient and subsurface\nEVALUATE sediments in terms of the processes and environments of deposition\nASSESS and interpret facies associations\, sequences and architectural elements\nFOCUS on source\, reservoir and seal properties of different sediment types\nRESOLVE clearly and simply between different depositional environments in the subsurface\nGAIN an astute understanding of what questions to ask and what analyses to make\nBECOME a better 21st century sedimentologist\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Advanced Shutdown\, Turnaround and Start-up Training
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 3-day shutdown training course.  The planning\, preparation and execution of a turnaround is a complex undertaking that demands an effective strategy\, a high degree of control and great attention to detail. \nWho Should Attend\nThis shutdown training is designed to be beneficial to all individuals who are involved in the planning\, preparation\, execution and commissioning of plants during and following a turnaround. It is especially useful to managers\, engineers\, operations\, planners\, schedulers\, logistics coordinators\, cost managers and supervisors. It would also be of use to safety officers\, inspection and engineering personnel in order to increase their level of awareness of the workings of turnaround management. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nImprove your company’s approach to planning and scheduling.\nProvide a framework for effective turnaround execution.\nHighlight the unique safety requirements of turnarounds.\nFoster the “one team” approach to turnarounds.\nProvide a comprehensive knowledge base for turnarounds.\nDemonstrate the latest planning techniques for turnarounds.\nHighlighting the operational check out and startup requirements.\nLearn the conditions for acceptance of the plant by plant operations personnel.\n\nEnquiry Form or Register via Shop\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Integrated Offshore Commissioning
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 3-day offshore commissioning training course. Cost (or loss) analysis on offshore mega projects very consistently show that it is during commissioning that the loss potential = overrun potential\, will manifest itself. This is the phase where all the design flaws and construction errors will surface\, and this is the phase where the expensive and time consuming changes and modifications will have to be undertaken. \nChanges and modifications will be executed simultaneously with a very hectic commissioning program\, while everybody expects the project. Commissioning Manager to manage and control all this\, and still deliver on time and on budget. \nCommissioning of mega offshore projects\, whether it is an FPSO\, a GBS\, a steel jacket or other concepts\, is a large and complex undertaking which all too often do not receive enough management focus at the early stages of the project\, especially when it comes to enough upfront quality planning (front end loading) and preparations in place\, and making sure practical risk assessments are viewed as a continuous activity throughout the project. \nThis offshore commissioning training course had been designed to further enhance management and team member’s focus on the critical success factors that have to be controlled in order to successfully deliver on the commissioning plan. \nThe course will be divided in 4 separate modules that collectively will cover a variety of issues such as: planning principles\, building the schedule\, figures and  factors\, integration with HU and Operations plans\, organizational concepts\, GAP reviews\, practical risk analysis\, commissioning package mark-ups\, critical systems testing\, close-linking of testing activities\, module –to- integration yard considerations\, operations involvement\, streamlining of engineering query process\, progress reporting\, integrated project team considerations\, documentation at hand – over and etc.. \nPractical workshops and interactive discussions are vital parts of the course. Participants will be assigned to teams and work on real cases as well as being challenged to design ideal set ups based on the given course material. \nWho Should Attend\nThis offshore commissioning training course is designed for individuals involved in planning\, coordination and execution of large Offshore Oil & Gas Projects. It is especially valuable for Commissioning Managers\, Commissioning Leads\, Commissioning Engineers\, Commissioning planners\, but also very useful for Project Managers\, Hook –Up managers and Operations personnel involved in offshore projects. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nGain a thorough understanding of the importance of early commissioning planning and preparations.\nApply the key tools and methods necessary to ensure quality throughout the commissioning phase.\nClarify the application of continuous risk assessments prior to and during the whole project phase.\nAppreciate the control of the critical success factors that can make or break the project.\nPinpoint the importance of the right value chain approach when organizing the project commissioning phase.\nUncover the operations drivers that should be implemented and monitored.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Identifying\, Assessing and Applying Competencies and Using Performance Consulting
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 4-day training course. While job descriptions literally describe jobs\, competencies profile the ideal people to perform the jobs. It is important to have descriptions of both what work people perform and what kind of people perform that work successfully\, since the difference between average performers in any job and outstanding performers in the same job may be as much as 20 times. Stated another way\, one outstanding worker is worth 20 average workers. Identifying winners who are more productive—and who are capable of promotion faster—is critical to company success. \nThis course teaches participants on how to identify\, and assess and use competencies to increase productivity in your work-force. It also describes how to improve worker productivity by using performance consulting. \nWho Should Attend\n\nBusiness owners\nHuman Resource Manager\nTalent Development Managers\nCompetency & Performance Managers\, Heads\nManagers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\nParticipants attending the training course will: \n\nIDENTIFY and assess competencies in any job category\nDEVELOP and use competency modeling\nDEFINE performance consulting\nREVIEW important ways to use performance consulting\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Human Factor Training: Integrating Human Factors into the Design and Operations Risk Framework
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 3-day face-to-face human factor training course. In order to integrate human factors into an effective framework for managing risk in hazardous industries\, companies need to address several key questions: \n\nHow do we build a sustainable operating culture to deliver consistent behaviours within our employees\, suppliers and contractors?\nWhat is required as regards demonstrating how human factors and the associated risks are delivered to the satisfaction of regulators who adopt a Safety Case regime?\nHow can we mitigate human error in design and operations\, by the application of best practice evaluation tools such as Safety Critical Task Analysis?\nHow can an organization build resilience to recover from a catastrophic event?\n\nParticipants will discover the real challenges that face the Executive Management team and their senior HSE design and operations’ professionals\, in building the organizational capabilities necessary to reduce the risk associated with human competence weaknesses to As Low as Is Reasonably Practicable\, ALARP. \nThe key industry sectors covered will be the upstream\, midstream and downstream oil\, gas\, petrochemicals and related business segments. However\, given the nature of major accidents\, the course is equally useful to senior professionals in the power\, nuclear\, railway and aviation industries. \nThe human factor training course will describe the best practices in the development of competency management systems and how management can identify the types of human error and pre-conditions that increase the likelihood of error occurrence. The human factor training will also cover several critical design and analysis tools that must be applied such that the ergonomic aspects of the human-machine interface are engineered to promote consistent safe behaviour. \nOrganisational cultural models and behaviours surveys will be described such that management may benchmark their business against the cultural maturity model. In addition\, the principle characteristics of what are termed High-Reliability Organisations\, HROs will be explored.
