SUMMARY:Creative and Critical Thinking in the Age of AI
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 2-days critical thinking AI training. Critical thinking is so much more than analysis\, evaluation\, and debate. In today’s fast-moving\, AI-enhanced world\, we need critical thinking to manage overwhelming amounts of information and data\, question automated outputs\, and generate original ideas that push beyond conventional boundaries. It’s about becoming more discerning\, more adaptive\, and more imaginative—all at once. \nSharpening your creative thinking skills is more essential than ever. With AI accelerating the pace of change\, we’re often asked to come up with solutions quickly\, without complete information and with no guarantee of what’s coming next. That means learning to trust your creative instincts\, test ideas rapidly\, and stay flexible in the face of uncertainty. Thinking creatively and resourcefully also requires deeper collaboration. In an era where AI can automate tasks but not human connection or judgment\, our ability to work well with others\, harness diverse viewpoints\, and co-create solutions is a key driver of innovation and performance. \nCritical thinking also involves recognizing and overcoming the natural barriers that get in our way. From snap assumptions to our brain’s habit of filling in missing information\, developing awareness of these cognitive traps—and having tools to address them—is vital. \nThrough engaging lectures and hands-on activities in this critical thinking AI training\, Emma Sue Prince\, author and experiential learning specialist\, shows you how to equip yourself with practical techniques to boost your critical thinking\, harness your creative potential\, and become a more collaborative\, future-ready thinker. \nWe are also a proud member of the Energy Institute of UK. \nWho Should Attend\n\nChief SUMMARY:Advanced Process Safety Considerations for Hydrogen Projects
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis in-depth technical hydrogen process safety course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of hydrogen’s unique hazardous properties and the critical safety considerations required in the design\, execution\, and operation of hydrogen-related projects. \nHydrogen presents distinctive challenges compared to other flammable gases\, such as natural gas. This hydrogen process safety course explores these differences in detail—covering aspects such as hydrogen’s flammability range\, low ignition energy\, and implications in the event of loss of containment. Participants will gain insight into hydrogen’s material compatibility issues and how these impact equipment selection and system design. \nThis hydrogen process safety initiative focuses on ensuring hydrogen safety across its lifecycle. It involves identifying and assessing associated hazards\, then implementing appropriate mitigation measures during both design and operation phases. A core component is interpreting and applying relevant hydrogen safety standards and codes to enhance operational safety practices within hydrogen facilities and projects. \nThrough case studies drawn from across the hydrogen value chain—from production and storage to transport and usage—participants will learn from real-world incidents and safety practices. \nWe are also a proud member of the Energy Institute of UK. \nWho Should Attend\nThis course is particularly beneficial for professionals involved in the technical\, operational\, or regulatory aspects of hydrogen systems\, including: \n\nEngineers and project managers working on hydrogen infrastructure and energy systems\nScientists and technologists developing hydrogen applications or conducting R&D\nHealth\, Safety\, and Environment (HSE) professionals\nRegulators and industry body representatives focused on hydrogen safety standards\nPlant managers and technologists operating hydrogen-handling installations\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nIdentify and assess key hazards associated with hydrogen\nApply appropriate mitigation measures during design and operation\nInterpret and implement relevant hydrogen safety standards and codes\nEnhance operational safety practices in hydrogen facilities and projects\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis practical and highly-interactive CMRP training includes real-life case studies and exercises where participants will be engaged in a series of interactive small groups and class workshops. \nThe Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) program is the #1 leading credentialing program for certifying the knowledge\, skills and abilities of maintenance and reliability professionals. The CMRP program is certified by the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP). \nExamining more than just textbook information\, the CMRP is a thorough examination of a broader scope of expertise measured against a universal standard. It was developed to assess professionals’ aptitude within the five (5) pillars of the Maintenance and Reliability Body of Knowledge: Business Management\, Equipment Reliability\, Manufacturing Process Reliability\, Organization and Leadership\, and Work Management. \nEvery organization has a process for handling and documenting maintenance issues. Some are as simple and informal as the user calls maintenance to come fix something. Others use high powered computerized maintenance management software (CMMS). \nSome organizations use formal planning and scheduling while others have the maintenance personnel plan and schedule their own work. Experience has shown that more informal and less planned and scheduled work is highly inefficient. On the other hand\, too much planning\, scheduling and documentation can also inefficiently use maintenance resources. The aim is to find the right balance of planning\, scheduling and documentation to maximize the use of maintenance resources. In addition\, one of the biggest challenges to adopting new processes is gaining acceptance at all levels in the organization. Management of change techniques is essential to a successful program. \nThis interactive CMRP training course is designed to provide the participants with the information needed to understand their own maintenance management process as well as make improvements to their processes\, so they can more effectively and efficiently use their maintenance resources. The participants will understand basic process development\, planning and scheduling concepts and have the tools they need to work within their organization to improve the way they manage maintenance work. \nThe CMRP training course includes an e-book entitled “Maintenance and Reliability Certification Exam Guide”\, published by Industrial Press\, Inc.\, which will be given to the participants to help them appreciate the principles presented in the course. \nThis CMRP training course shall provide adequate knowledge and skill for the participants to develop a strategy for outstanding maintenance and reliability performance\, tools to improve reliability at equipment level and an insight to the latest practices in planning\, scheduling and control. This course shall provide maintenance and an in-depth overview of the five pillars of the SMRP Body of Knowledge\, along with the award-winning UK Model of Excellence for Maintenance. \nWho Should Attend\nThis course covers systematic techniques in maintenance and reliability management to assist maintenance management personnel responsible for delivering maximum reliability and availability of equipment at the lowest possible cost. The course will present techniques designed to improve the effectiveness of maintenance management activities\, to ensure that physical assets perform their required functions\, operate reliably\, and support corporate goals. It is essential for all maintenance and reliability management staff including reliability and mechanical engineers who are directly responsible for the equipment reliability and maintenance. The course is ideal for those experienced maintenance and reliability professionals who are seeking an international professional certification. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nGet prepared for the next SUMMARY:Carbon Accounting Essentials: Emission Measurement\, Reporting & Corporate Compliance
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nWith governments around the world stepping up their climate disclosure requirements\, companies are now expected to publish structured\, verifiable ESG data — with a primary focus on environmental metrics. In Singapore\, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) mandate climate reporting in alignment with Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations\, on a ‘comply or explain’ basis for financial years beginning in 2022. \nMalaysia is moving toward mandatory carbon and climate reporting\, with listed companies already required to disclose sustainability-related information and a roadmap in place to align with TCFD and ISSB standards in the next few years. Like Singapore\, manual reporting and weak carbon data governance may expose companies to greenwashing risks and investor scrutiny. \nBursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Requirements\nListed companies on Bursa Malaysia are already required to publish a Sustainability Statement as part of their annual report. \nThis includes: \n\nMaterial sustainability matters Governance structure\nPerformance indicators (economic\, environmental\, and social)\n\nSince 2023\, there has been increased emphasis on climate-related disclosures\, especially for: \n\nCompanies in high-impact sectors (e.g.\, energy\, plantation\, manufacturing)\nAlignment with Global Frameworks Bursa Malaysia has signaled its intent to adopt TCFD-aligned climate disclosures.\n\nIn December 2022\, it issued the Bursa Malaysia Climate Change Roadmap (2023–2026)\, which includes: \n\nA phased approach to mandatory TCFD-aligned disclosures\nIntegration with international sustainability frameworks such as the ISSB (IFRS S1 and S2) standards and GHG Protocol\n\nRegulatory Drivers\nThe Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) are pushing for climate risk governance\, particularly in the financial and corporate sectors.\nBank Negara is also requiring climate risk assessments and disclosures from financial institutions. \nUpcoming Mandatory Disclosures\nMandatory climate-related disclosures are expected to become compulsory for PLCs in phases starting from 2025\, particularly in sectors with high GHG exposure.\nEarly preparation for Scope 1\, 2 and 3 emissions reporting is highly encouraged. \nAs the demand for climate transparency intensifies\, many corporations still rely on manual carbon data tracking through spreadsheets\, resulting in inaccurate\, incomplete\, and non-compliant disclosures. The risk of greenwashing accusations from regulators\, investors\, media\, and consumers is higher than ever — and the cost of reputational damage is steep. \nBy the end of this carbon accounting training\, participants will understand the benefits\, challenges\, and compliance risks associated with corporate carbon accounting — and how to build a credible climate reporting framework. \nWe are also a proud member of the Energy Institute of UK. \nWho Should Attend\n\nBusiness Owners\, Board Members\, and C-Suite Executives\nChief Sustainability Officers (CSOs) and Sustainability Professionals\nFinance Managers\, Accountants\, and Auditors\nRisk Management Officers\nOperations\, Supply Chain\, and Project Managers.\nProduct and Project Managers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\nThis introductory carbon accounting training is designed to build participants’ foundational knowledge of carbon accounting and climate-related disclosures. It provides a practical overview of: \n\nCarbon accounting principles (Scope 1\, 2\, and 3 emissions)\nRegional and global reporting standards (e.g.\, GHG Protocol\, TCFD\, ISSB)\nRegulatory developments in ASEAN and internationally\nGreenwashing risks and case examples\nTools and systems for accurate\, auditable emissions reporting\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:TUV PHRA Training: TÜV Rheinland FS Engineer Process Hazard and Risk Analysis
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis TUV PHRA training course focuses on the early lifecycle phases of hazard and risk analysis up to\, and including\, the development of the Safety Requirements Specification (SRS) for process\, oil & gas\, petrochemical and chemical industries according to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511. \nThis 5-day course comprises 4 days of classroom tuition and practical guidance\, for understanding and mastering the application\, of process hazard analysis and associated risk analysis as required for the early lifecycle phases of Edition 2 IEC 61508 & Edition 2 of IEC 61511 for SIS. We also include many fundamental topics that we know you need to understand\, but are not covered in the standards. Practical exercises will be performed throughout the course based on real-life examples. There is a 5-hour competency examination on the last day. \nWho Should Attend\nProcess Engineers\, Instrument Engineers\, Process Safety and Operations personnel who are involved in maintaining the integrity of their processes\, and are more involved in the early lifecycle phases of functional safety management. \nKey Learning Objectives\nThe topics cover the concepts of identifying hazards using tools such as What-If\, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and HAZard and OPerability (HAZOP). This will be further developed into the analysis of risk and methods of risk reduction to consider the effectiveness of preventative and mitigating layers of protection. The use of preventative safeguarding efficiencies will be introduced for use with the PHA Matrix\, along with the advantages/disadvantages of using the PHA Matrix with different Hazard Analysis methods. \nThe different questioning techniques used by a Hazard study leader to guarantee a systematic study methodology are investigated\, as is the HAZOP flowsheet design\, by considering the use of the HAZOP for specific needs such as LOPA. A LOPA exercise will actually be carried out from the output of the course HAZOP exercise. Consideration of constructing effective nodes will be examined and a better definition will be given to claims of double jeopardy. \nThe TUV PHRA training will introduce participants to the use of Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) and SIL determination using internationally agreed methods for assessing and quantifying process risk and risk reduction requirements. Delegates will be equipped with the knowledge and methods for undertaking various types of qualitative\, semi-quantified and quantitative risk assessments. \nPractical exercises will be carried out for Semi-Quantitative methods such as risk graph and LOPA. The shortfalls of the quicker methods will be investigated to allow the analyst to appreciate the limitations of screening tools. The most popular semi quantified method\, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA)\, will be explored in depth. \nThe effective use of Event Tree Analysis will be looked at in two different forms (Mitigation ETA and Traditional ETA). The TUV PHRA training will focus on how ETA can be used to qualitatively support the analyst in mapping out the various consequences given various events with safeguard success or failure. Analysts can then select those events which generate consequences of interest for which FTA may be required. \nDelegates will also be taken through the requirements for safety management and the framework of a Safety Management System (SMS) for achieving effective process risk management. Best practice for SMS will be investigated with the use of Bow-ties linking the Hazard and its safeguards to the SMS. An insight into how process safety KPIs can be used to better align engineering and management in the prevention of major accident hazards will be covered. \nPartnership\n\n\n\nTUV Rheinland Singapore was founded in 1989 and has been serving the testing and certification needs of Singapore companies for over 20 years. In 2006\, our electrical lab was expanded to fully cover Household\, IT and audio video equipment testing acd to IEC/EN standards.
