SUMMARY:Integrating Asset Integrity into Operational and Strategic Management
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nFor business leaders\, investors and shareholders\, the development of multi-billion dollar projects in major hazards industries require an asset integrity philosophy that aligns with the operational and strategic aims of the business. \nAs the payback of these investments can be a decade or more\, the leadership team must understand the risk to be managed and importantly\, when to take action to address emerging asset integrity risks\, by being able to answer the following key question: \n\nHave the leadership team and key members of the Board of Directors fully understood the different asset integrity risks that they are providing governance on behalf of the key stakeholders?\nAt the project development phase\, have we identified all current and future asset integrity threats\, such that stage-gate budgetary approval is done using an appropriate understanding of the level of uncertainty on predictions regarding output\, cost and safety?\nDoes the design philosophy provide flexibility for changed circumstances to cater for potential modifications\, revised operational conditions and partner/investor requirements?\nWill the assets meet current and anticipated future legislative requirements that may arise prior to project completion?\nHow does the design approach integrate the adoption of automated\, complex operational control systems against simpler designs that require more human input into critical decision-making\, particularly during periods of abnormal plant situations?\nDuring operations\, have we developed a robust “life-cycle” asset integrity management approach that delivers optimized economic inspection and maintenance activities and maximised economic recovery?\n\nRecent history has shown that the failure of management and front-line personnel in managing asset integrity risks can result in catastrophic major accidents. It can also cause consequences beyond what management envisage\, resulting in major damage to the company’s reputation and finance. These consequences are close to the capacity of the company to recover financially. The 2010 Deepwater well blow-out accident is an example\, whereby the company had to deal with a significant financial penalty associated with the environmental impact as well as the personnel casualties and reputational damage. \nDuring this asset integrity training\, participants will discover the real challenges that face a company’s Board of Directors\, their Executive Management team and senior operations\, HSE and project management professionals when developing and operating major projects in high hazard industries within a global business. The key industry sectors covered will be the upstream\, mid-stream and downstream oil\, gas\, petrochemicals and related business segments. However\, given the nature of major accidents\, the course is equally useful to HSE professionals in the power\, nuclear\, railway and aviation industries. \nKey Learning Objectives\nParticipants on the asset integrity training shall benefit from the vast experience and knowledge of the facilitator and gain expert insight into: \n\nHow project and operational senior leaders effectively manage asset integrity risks to their business\, and the inter-relationships between major accident risks\, project delivery and operational integrity.\nExecutive Leadership and Board of Director roles\, responsibilities and accountabilities when managing asset integrity risks and setting the risk appetite for the business.\nThe integration of asset integrity risk into strategic risk management through the effective implementation of a robust Enterprise Risk Management\, ERM and support to corporate social responsibility and mitigating Corporate Manslaughter risks.\nThe mitigation of asset integrity incident likelihood and the minimization of consequences\, such as business interruption.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Advanced Maintenance Management
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is an advanced maintenance training. The effective maintenance management within chemical plants is a critical feature of plant operation\, both in establishing the conditions for safe ongoing operation of the plant after commissioning\, and in supporting the commercial success of the business. \nMany companies focus on the cost of the maintenance organisation\, rather than on the benefits that they can provide\, and in so doing the real potential for maintenance organisations to make significant contributions to business success are often lost. Ultimately\, and assuming that the commercial department is able to sell the product that is produced\, the contribution of a maintenance organisation can most effectively be measured in terms of its ability to generate sustained improvements with time in the total (fixed and variable) cost per unit volume of production. There are a number of drivers which tend to increase the cost of production; certain types of equipment become unreliable with time\, obsolescence is often an issue\, environmental and safety standards are continuing to tighten\, and so on. Of course\, there are many tools and techniques that are available to help. \nTechniques such as Risk Based Inspection\, Reliability Centred Maintenance\, and Total Productive Maintenance can all add value if they are used appropriately\, but it is important to remember that the long term aim of plant maintenance is to deliver sustained and continuous reduction in the cost per unit of production\, a point often lost in the mounds of paperwork that can be generated by some of the tools that are provided to help the maintenance engineer in his decision making! \nIt is worth remembering that any debate or decision within the maintenance organisation which does not concern the selection or delivery of maintenance task is unlikely to contribute to improving the overall performance of the business. \nThe purpose of this advanced maintenance training is to enable attendees to contribute to the optimisation of the management of contracts and contractors within their organisation by application of the following key learning: \n\nAn understanding of the interaction between Reliability and maintenance\nReliability methodologies and when and how to use them\nReliability and maintenance definitions\nControl of maintenance work\, planning and scheduling\nInsourcing\, outsourcing and the use of contractors\nPerformance improvement and the use of metrics and KPI’s\n\nWho Should Attend\n\nAll Professionals involved in Maintenance Management\nProfessionals involved in Work Planning & Control\nMaintenance Supervisors\nMaintenance Engineers\nMaintenance Team Leaders and Managers\nOperations Team Leaders and Managers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nLearn how key performance indicators can be used to drive improvement in performance.\nDifferentiate different types of failure & UNDERSTAND different types of Maintenance.\nUnderstand in detail the main types of reliability techniques\nHow to optimise Financial aspects of Maintenance Tasks\nGrasp Predictive & SUMMARY:Negotiation Tactics and Strategies for the International Oil & Gas Industry
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 3-day oil and gas negotiation training course. The International Oil and Gas business is defined by a number of key variables along its value chain. Upstream the E&P segment is a high risk\, high investment endeavor\, subject to great uncertainty and long time periods relative to fiscal reward. Midstream storage and transportation is subject to high investment and operating costs\, whilst the downstream sector often requires colossal investment in terms of establishment of infrastructure and the ability to meet daily operating costs. The industry attracts close scrutiny from the global media\, and is subject to the involvement of multiple governments and their laws and regulations\, not only from a financial perspective such as taxation\, but also from other critical issues such as the cost of environmental compliance and health and safety. \nIt is against this background of high stakes with significant consequences for both success and failure\, that the importance of being highly efficient within commercial negotiations becomes of critical value. This oil and gas negotiation training has been specifically developed to provide the delegate with the tools; tactics and strategies to be successful when negotiating\, either alone or as part of a team. This oil and gas negotiation training will give the delegate an entirely new perspective of how to approach the negotiation process and be successful\, utilizing a powerful array of little\, (if known) techniques and proprietary templates. The course is an immersive experience combining open dialogue and problem solving throughout. A key element of this course is an ongoing team based exercise allowing the delegates to practice in real time the different components of the course material. The exercise is progressive and participants will have to think on their feet and will be challenged to find the most efficient settlement \nWho Should Attend\nExecutives wishing to increase their understanding of strategic processes and CSR within the International Oil and Gas Industry \n\nManagement wanting to broaden their overall understanding of the industry\nIndividuals involved with contracts\nSupply chain personnel\nIndividuals interested in understanding the International Oil and Gas Industry that do not work in it.\n\nKey Learning Objectives\nOn completion of this course\, the delegate will: \n\nBe able to evaluate how to approach the negotiation.\nWill understand the importance of due diligence prior to commencement.\nKnow how to ‘scope’ a negotiation\nBe able to evaluate and plan for negotiating in different environments.\nBe able to utilize a structured approach to planning and preparation for a negotiation.\nUnderstand the cultural interface and the critical importance of culture to commercial negotiations.\nGain an enhanced understanding of stress and what it means within the negotiation context.\nBe able to manage conflict efficiently.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Hydrogen Shipping
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThe hydrogen transportation sector is expected to grow significantly across the globe in the coming years. The EU\, for example\, represents a 40-fold increase within nine years for that sector. Pipelines are planned\, but shipping infrastructure will be vital for green hydrogen. The UK is looking to repurpose the infrastructure\, for offshore wind and use depleted gas and oil\nreservoirs to sequester CO2 captured from hydrogen produced in emerging energy clusters across the UK. \nThe journey to a renewable\, circular and low-carbon economy (facilitated by electrons\, hydrogen and other technologies)\, will be challenging. And the top priority will be to make sure it is implemented and delivered safely. \nHydrogen Shipping course details how global shipping and financial leaders can assist. Developers and stakeholders require their people and supply chain to possess the necessary awareness\, know-how\, skills and competencies to deliver shipping\, portage\, CCS and hydrogen projects safely\, on time and with the highest quality standards. \nThis hydrogen shipping training aims to enable companies and stakeholders to be aware of the fundamentals of shipping for hydrogen. What is it\, and what does it mean for the future? What decisions and plans are likely to be made based on the real opportunities that are emerging? Participants will be guided as to where early opportunities are most likely to lie\, who is involved and how to engage. \nWe are also a proud member of the Energy Institute of UK. \nWho Should Attend\n\nExisting companies\, particularly those who are already part of the hydrogen or renewables supply chains and those looking to future-proof their capabilities\nProject developers seeking to decarbonise and source\nFinanciers and the construction industry\nOil and gas majors\nOEM’s and balance of plant organisations\n\nThis hydrogen shipping training course is also helpful for engineering companies\, those involved in storage compression equipment and shipping\, and those seeking to enter the energy arena with its myriad shipping opportunities in a market set for exponential growth. Taking this course will also benefit stakeholders from government\, finance and consenting and those\nwishing to understand the realities of CCS and hydrogen production. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nLearn about technologies for developing hydrogen and green shipping\, the associated value chain\, and the role they play in achieving net zero\nUnderstand the practical risks and opportunities related to hydrogen and green shipping\nIdentify the challenges of shipping hydrogen\, ammonia\, and methanol\nRecognize the differing perspectives of investors\, operators\, customers\, and governments\nExplore the applications and commercial considerations for hydrogen in shipping\, vessels\, and ports\, alongside carbon capture\, and how they integrate into new mega projects.\nDiscover the characteristics that both broaden and constrain the commercial and technical links in the hydrogen shipping supply chain\nUnderstand the integration of vessels\, ports\, and shipping with hydrogen production and global distribution.\nLearn from real-world projects that integrate shipping and hydrogen.\nReview broader financial considerations in transportation.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Hydrogen and Carbon Capture & Storage Technology Masterclass
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nCarbon capture and storage (CSS) is seen by many as a necessary transition technology whilst the world builds out the renewable energy system. And this is not limited to power generation.\nToday\, more than 95% of the world’s hydrogen is made from fossil fuels (coal and natural gas)\, so CCS can play a significant role in reducing the CO2 emissions related to this production. With the hydrogen sector expected to grow exponentially across the globe in the coming years\, it has become a necessary innovation. \nFor example\, the United Kingdom (UK) recently set a target to produce five gigawatts of hydrogen by 2030\, representing a 40-fold increase from the current situation. This ambition is replicated worldwide where national hydrogen strategies\, often explicitly citing the need for decarbonising industrial sectors such as construction\, steel and cement\, have appeared regularly\nover the past year. \nThe journey to a new\, low-emission energy system will be challenging and require much innovation. This momentum towards netzero continues to build\, calling for many industrial sectors to find ways of decarbonising their operations. Hydrogen is likely to play a significant role\, especially in sectors where eliminating emissions is particularly difficult. Early engagement with those low- or zero-emission projects will enable fast movers to reap the maximum from the opportunity presented. \nThis hydrogen CCS training course aims to provide a practical guide to enable companies to make informed decisions and plans based on the real opportunities that are emerging as the global CCS sector develops. Delegates will be guided to where early opportunities are most likely to lie\, who is involved and how to get in front of them. \nWho Should Attend\n\nExisting energy companies particularly those who are already part of the engineering\, oil and gas\, steel\, construction and shipbuilding oil and gas supply chain and those looking to future-proof their capabilities\nThe CCS clusters who well-placed to drive the regional industries forward\, often including a significant hydrogen\ncomponent\nThose with steelmaking\, shipping\, construction and automotive interests\nCompanies seeking to enter the CCS sector and wider hydrogen value chain with its myriad opportunities in a market\nvalued in the billions of dollars\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nWhat is carbon capture and storage (CSS)?\nCarbon capture by emission sources and fundamental approaches: pre- and post-combustion\, oxyfuel\, and industrial processes\nOverview of current technologies applied (how to remove the CO2 from process streams\, solvents\, amines)\nEvaluation of technologies: techno-commercial (including licensors)\nCost structure\, learning curves: challenges and opportunities\nCCS business models\, CO2 pricing and negative emissions\nCCS projects: overview\, discussion and deep dives into case studies\nH+CCS and other paths in the energy transition\nPolicy and regulatory perspectives: global initiatives and national nuances\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nFor business leaders\, investors and shareholders\, the development of multi-billion dollar projects in major hazards industries require an asset integrity philosophy that aligns with the operational and strategic aims of the business. SUMMARY:Certification in Strategic Talent Acquisition
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a 4-days talent acquisition training. Traditionally\, organizational leaders have only two ways to find people to meet the needs of their organizations: (1) promote from within the organization; or (2) recruit from outside the organization. External recruitment (sourcing people from outside the organization) is often favored over internal recruitment (which means relying on job posting\, management nominations and other methods to find people from inside the organization)\, though both are ways to recruit qualified people to fill vacancies. \nRight now\, many organizations are adding to their staff as company leaders believe that global economic conditions are improving and will therefore lead to increased sales and growing demand for goods and services. For that reason\, much interest exists globally to ramp up talent acquisition efforts to find the most productive people. \nBut what is talent acquisition? What is meant by the term strategic talent acquisition? How can organizational leaders most effectively source talented people from inside and outside their organizations? This talent acquisition training will address these questions and other important questions. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\nThis talent acquisition training is targeted toward anyone involved with recruiting\, selecting and onboarding workers. That includes: \n\nCEOs\nVPs of Human Resources\nManagers of HR\nHR Professionals\nOperating managers\nFront-line supervisors\nTeam leaders\nTeam members and work group members\n\nKey Learning Objectives\nUpon completing this online session\, participants will be able to: \n\nDefine HR\, talent and people analytics\nExplain the value of HR\, talent and people analytics\nMake the business case for identifying\, measuring and using HR\, talent and people analytics\nPinpoint the key metrics to use in measuring human resources\nDescribe how to identify\, collect and use HR\, talent and people analytics\nExplain how to use\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number.
