SUMMARY:Effective Technical Talent Management
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nManagers have an obligation to get the best value for the money they invest on behalf of their organizations. That is as true for the human side of the business as it is for making investment decisions about machines\, technology\, or even capital. Systematically and strategically picking the best people\, and developing them to make them even more productive\, is not something to be put off until a rainy day. It is not something that would be “nice to do” when time permits. It is\, instead\, essential to gaining and sustaining competitive advantage. \nWhile traditional “talent management” programs have focused on attracting\, developing\, retaining and positioning the best High Potential (HiPo) workers\, technical talent management focuses on attracting\, developing\, retaining\, positioning and transferring the knowledge of the best High Professional (HiPro) workers. HiPros are the “go to” people\, the in-house experts\, on business processes\, problems\, customers or issues. Traditional succession planning and traditional talent management programs have ignored the critically important HiPro group. \nSuccessful organizations of the future will not be those with the most advanced technology or the most liquid capital. They will\, instead\, be those that are systematically managing and developing talent—including technical talent–to gain and sustain competitive advantage. \nMany HR practitioners are faced with the need to coordinate the start-up of a comprehensive talent management system. However\, they often wonder where to start and what to do. This session will provide a detailed approach to guide that start up. While that approach may need to be modified and aligned with each corporate culture\, it provides enough details for you to prepare and implement a project plan to implement the talent management system. It goes beyond that traditional focus to add a new\, special element—that is\, a focus on leveraging the knowledge of HiPros. \nTarget Audience\nThis workshop is well suited for managers responsible for starting up and/or implementing technical talent management programs. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nDetermine whether you have top management support\nLink talent plans to HR plans and organizational strategy\nDescribe the lifecycle of talent management systems and how they influence establishing and maintaining a talent management system\nReview the essential components of a talent management system and plan for adding or revising components\n\nReview how technical talent management differs from\, and is similar to\, traditional—that is\, management-focused—talent management\n\nPrepare a project plan to implement a technical talent management system\n\nIdentify and develop technical competencies\n\nExamine the essential components of a performance management system as part of a technical talent management effort\n\nDetermine how to identify HiPros\nDescribe how to leverage the knowledge of HiPros and how to transfer that knowledge\n\nReview effective recruiting and retention strategies for HiPros\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Legal Aspects of Contracting and Tendering
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nContracting and tendering is the lifeblood of many industries. Companies that enhance their tendering and contract management will attract better contractors who will the driving force for improved project delivery. It is good practice to set high benchmarks for tendering and contract management to avoid future problems and expensive mistakes. Tender management deals with the process of writing tender proposals at a competitive price and seeking to win the bid. \nTendering involves the analysing of the requirements on the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and identifying the areas of risk and then working out a proposal that minimizes the risks and liabilities. At the same time\, submitting a competitive bid that will win the award of the contract is paramount to success. A tenderer must deliver the required goods\, services or works in accordance with the specifications\, scope of work and within the terms and conditions of the contract. \nOnce the tender is awarded\, the contract management phase takes over and the contractor must ensure successful contract delivery and provide the best value for money for the client. This course will provide participants with the essential knowledge and skillsets to help them achieve these goals. \nWho Should Attend\n• Tender Managers\n• Legal Counsel\n• Commercial Managers\n• Accountants\n• Procurement Managers\n• Project Personnel\n• Project Engineers\n• Project Managers \nKey Learning Points\n• How to better manage project risks with better tendering and contracting process\n• What is required in a successful tender package\n• Strategize to minimize financial risk and contract costs.\n• How to successfully manage contract performance risks\n• The difference between cost and price analysis\n• Set tender evaluation criteria\n• How to evaluate a proposal\n• Negotiating appropriate commercial and legal contract terms and conditions \nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Integrated Petrophysics for Reservoir Characterisation
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nThis course will teach you how to evaluate reservoirs and quickly identify flawed results. Robust reserves and simulation are achieved by the logical\, systematic integration of all relevant data. A quality interpretation is extremely cost-effective compared with data acquisition or development mistakes and essential with today’s complex reservoirs and data sets. Proper integration replaces the need to run expensive\, irrelevant logs explains apparent data conflicts and provides the correct answer faster\, strengthening your position as an operator and competent petrophysicst. By contrast\, stand-alone log analysis often results in wrong decisions and weakens your position in the eyes of your business partners and colleagues. \nThis course\, evolved over 25 years of petrophysical consulting and training\, demonstrates how robust answers are achieved by the logical integration of diverse data. Pay and reserves are addressed first by Quick Look Log Analysis and then by a disciplined\, logical process to optimize the interpretation of Porosity\, Saturation\, Permeability and Fluid Contacts – the basis of Reserves. Low Contrast Pay\, clastics and carbonates are evaluated by straight forward integration techniques which outperform log analysis with direct\, plain to see results. The integration of Mudlogs\, LWD\, Wireline\, Facies / Rock Types\, SCAL\, NMR\, Dielectric\, MDTs and Well tests are explained via the author’s 28\,000 core plug PetroDB-WEB software. Finally\, the crucial Petrophysics to Geomodel checks is clearly set out. \nWho Should Attend\nPetrophysicists\, geologists\, operations geologists\, geo-modellers\, reservoir engineers\, geophysicists\, core analysts\nor anyone with a year’s experience with logs or formation evaluation. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nThe essential nature of petrophysics: objectives\, data and uncertainties.\nTo get the best possible answers from any given data set.\n\nTo perform Quick Look Log Analysis and Essential Core-Log Integration with the author’s Excel spreadsheets.\n\nTo review petrophysical studies effectively and quickly identify flawed results using a clear sequence of logical checks.\n\nTo identify and extract the key data channels from modern hi-tech logs which when integrated with core\, logs and well tests\, will answer the questions your team is asking.\n\nTo identify and properly use what really matters in the increasingly complex barrage of modern petrophysical data.\n\nTo drill\, core\, log and test for clear formation evaluation results.\n\nTo avoid the 10 most common errors which ruin petrophysical results.\n\nTo use interactive software to reveal how your data can work together and impact results. \n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Petroleum Geology of Deepwater West and East Africa
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis Africa basin analysis training course are set at a moderate scientific level suitable for young geologists working on these regions. It is targeted at more advanced staff working on the specific countries listed. The aim is to deliver the regional picture controlling African frontier opportunities so that staffs from the companies attending gain a head start in evaluating specific opportunities such as licence rounds and farmout. Secondly\, the course will help companies focus on the opportunities most likely to succeed that are consistent with their own strategies and finances. \nWho Should Attend\nAll disciplines that interact with geologists and geophysicists. \n\nGeologists\nGeophysicists\nExploration Managers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nParticipants will gain a regional overview of the main controls on the development of source\, reservoir\, trap and seal in deepwater areas around Africa.\nThis will include key controls exerted by the onshore tectonic history of the African continent\, such as those controlled the development of ‘source to sink’ reservoir factories.\nThis will include a review of known and speculative source rock occurrences n deepwater settings\, in addition to apparent relationships between source rock volumetrics\, effective migration and seal in stratigraphic settings.\nSpecific basins specified by the client will be addressed in greater detail\, namely Gabon\, Congo\, Senegal\, Mauritania\, Madagascar\, Mozambique\, Kenya and Tanzania.\nGiven recent disappointing well results in the region\, participants will learn a methodology to identify\, analyse and reduce risk in the most promising and effective petroleum system settings.\nThere will be particular emphasis on the thermal regime and how gas rather than oil opportunities can be identified.\nOptional fourth and fifth days can\, if the client wishes\, be arranged to transfer\, deliver and present the authors GIS database on the region and to extend the regions considered to the Eastern Mediterranean.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n SUMMARY:Understanding Sub-surface Pressures
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nThis course is practical in nature\, revolving around the elements of pressure plots\, data to populate them (e.g. RFT/MDT and LOT/FIT) and their interpretation\, and an exploration of how to conduct useful pressure prediction/detection (both pore pressure and fracture pressure). The course covers topics such as the origin of abnormal pressures in the subsurface\, seal breach\, seal capacity\, hydrocarbon column height and hydrodynamic aquifers. There is a mixture of lectures\, discussion and exercises. Day Three will include sessions covering pore pressure issues as they relate to SE Asia geology\, and where drawing examples and case material from where the course participants come dominantly located. \nWho Should Attend\n\nGeologists\n\nGeophysicists\n\nPetrophysicists\n\nEngineers\n\nPersonnel preparing for future drilling\, but also for the ability to incorporate pressure data and concepts into operations and future exploration programmes. Appreciation of pressure prediction methods and their uncertainties pressures is also needed by management\, especially when the company operates in high-risk environments\, such as HPHT and Deep-Water.\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nTo explain the relevance of pressure interpretation in exploration/production/drilling\n\nTo offer insights into the relationship between pressure and subsurface geological conditions\, including mechanisms which create abnormal pressures\, and the role of lithology in maintaining and distributing excess pressure\n\nSummary of the challenges of high pressure sediments\, with particular reference to all types of tectonic environments including thrust belts\n\nLink throughout the course\, where relevant\, to subsurface challenges in SE Asia\, especially Malay Basin\, offshore north Borneo (Sarawak\, Brunei and Sabah)\, Mahakam Delta and Gulf of Thailand\n\nAbout Course Director\nProfessor Richard Swarbrick is currently an independent consultant\, based in Durham\, England. He has 10 years’ experience with Mobil Oil\, followed by 15 years teaching petroleum geology and researching subsurface pressures\, and for the past 10 years developed GeoPressure Technology/Ikon GeoPressure as a specialist company providing industry solutions to subsurface pressure challenges. \nRichard continues to be involved in university research and publishes on aspects of pressure generation\, seal capacity and pressure retention\, prediction methodology and hydrodynamic trapping. \n  \nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Planning and Scheduling for Day to Day Maintenance and Turnarounds
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nThe effective Maintenance management within chemical plants is a critical feature of plant operation\, both in establishing the conditions for safe ongoing operation of the plant after commissioning and in supporting the commercial success of the business. Many companies focus on the cost of the maintenance organisation\, rather than on the benefits that they can provide\, and in so doing the real potential for maintenance organisations to make significant contributions to business success are often lost. Ultimately\, and assuming that the commercial department is able to sell the product that is produced\, the contribution of a maintenance organisation can most effectively be measured in terms of its ability to generate sustained improvements with time in the total (fixed and variable) cost per unit volume of production. \nThere are a number of drivers which tend to increase the cost of production; certain types of equipment become unreliable with time\, obsolescence is often an issue\, environmental and safety standards are continuing to tighten\, and so on. Of course\, there are many tools and techniques that are available to help. Techniques such as Risk-Based Inspection\, Reliability Centred Maintenance\, and Total Productive Maintenance can all add value if they are used appropriately\, but it is important to remember that the long term aim of plant maintenance is to deliver sustained and continuous reduction in the cost per unit of production\, a point often lost in the mounds of paperwork that can be generated by some of the tools that are provided to help the maintenance engineer in his decision making! It is worth remembering that any debate or decision within the maintenance organisation which does not concern the selection or delivery of maintenance task is unlikely to contribute to improving the overall performance of the business. \nWho Should Attend\nThis course takes delegates through the planning and management phase of both maintenance and project management\, based on best practice. The course is especially useful for Engineering and Project managers\, engineers\, planners\, schedulers\, supervisors\, cost engineers\, Safety/Quality engineers and Operations personnel. \nKey Learning Objectives\n• Improve your company’s approach to planning and scheduling\n• Provide a framework for effective turnaround execution\n• Highlight the unique safety requirements of turnarounds\n• Foster the “one team” approach to turnarounds\n• Provide a comprehensive knowledge base for turnarounds \n• Demonstrate the latest planning techniques for turnarounds\n• Highlighting the operational checkout and startup requirements\n• Learn the conditions for acceptance of the plant by plant operations personnel \nEnquiry Form\nOops! SUMMARY:Integrating Asset Integrity into Operational and Strategic Management
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nFor business leaders\, investors and shareholders\, the development of multi-billion dollar projects in major hazards industries require an asset integrity philosophy that aligns with the operational and strategic aims of the business. \nAs the payback of these investments can be a decade or more\, the leadership team must understand the risk to be managed and importantly\, when to take action to address emerging asset integrity risks\, by being able to answer the following key question: \n\nHave the leadership team and key members of the Board of Directors fully understood the different asset integrity risks that they are providing governance on behalf of the key stakeholders?\nAt the project development phase\, have we identified all current and future asset integrity threats\, such that stage-gate budgetary approval is done using an appropriate understanding of the level of uncertainty on predictions regarding output\, cost and safety?\nDoes the design philosophy provide flexibility for changed circumstances to cater for potential modifications\, revised operational conditions and partner/investor requirements?\nWill the assets meet current and anticipated future legislative requirements that may arise prior to project completion?\nHow does the design approach integrate the adoption of automated\, complex operational control systems against simpler designs that require more human input into critical decision-making\, particularly during periods of abnormal plant situations?\nDuring operations\, have we developed a robust “life-cycle” asset integrity management approach that delivers optimized economic inspection and maintenance activities and maximised economic recovery?\n\nRecent history has shown that the failure of management and front-line personnel in managing asset integrity risks can result in catastrophic major accidents. It can also cause consequences beyond what management envisage\, resulting in major damage to the company’s reputation and finance. These consequences are close to the capacity of the company to recover financially. The 2010 Deepwater well blow-out accident is an example\, whereby the company had to deal with a significant financial penalty associated with the environmental impact as well as the personnel casualties and reputational damage. \nDuring this asset integrity training\, participants will discover the real challenges that face a company’s Board of Directors\, their Executive Management team and senior operations\, HSE and project management professionals when developing and operating major projects in high hazard industries within a global business. The key industry sectors covered will be the upstream\, mid-stream and downstream oil\, gas\, petrochemicals and related business segments. However\, given the nature of major accidents\, the course is equally useful to HSE professionals in the power\, nuclear\, railway and aviation industries. \nKey Learning Objectives\nParticipants on the asset integrity training shall benefit from the vast experience and knowledge of the facilitator and gain expert insight into: \n\nHow project and operational senior leaders effectively manage asset integrity risks to their business\, and the inter-relationships between major accident risks\, project delivery and operational integrity.\nExecutive Leadership and Board of Director roles\, responsibilities and accountabilities when managing asset integrity risks and setting the risk appetite for the business.\nThe integration of asset integrity risk into strategic risk management through the effective implementation of a robust Enterprise Risk Management\, ERM and support to corporate social responsibility and mitigating Corporate Manslaughter risks.\nThe mitigation of asset integrity incident likelihood and the minimization of consequences\, such as business interruption.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Identifying\, Assessing and Applying Competencies and Using Performance Consulting
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 4-day training course. While job descriptions literally describe jobs\, competencies profile the ideal people to perform the jobs. It is important to have descriptions of both what work people perform and what kind of people perform that work successfully\, since the difference between average performers in any job and outstanding performers in the same job may be as much as 20 times. Stated another way\, one outstanding worker is worth 20 average workers. Identifying winners who are more productive—and who are capable of promotion faster—is critical to company success. \nThis course teaches participants on how to identify\, and assess and use competencies to increase productivity in your work-force. It also describes how to improve worker productivity by using performance consulting. \nWho Should Attend\n\nBusiness owners\nHuman Resource Manager\nTalent Development Managers\nCompetency & Performance Managers\, Heads\nManagers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\nParticipants attending the training course will: \n\nIDENTIFY and assess competencies in any job category\nDEVELOP and use competency modeling\nDEFINE performance consulting\nREVIEW important ways to use performance consulting\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Identifying and Mitigating Proliferation Financing(PF) risks to implement effectively PF-related Targeted Financial Sanctions
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nFinancial Institutions operating in today’s dynamic regulatory environment must take proper action in response to challenges arising by TF and PF risks and by international requirements. FATF Recommendations and United Nations international instruments require measures to prevent and disrupt terrorist financing (TF) and the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destructions (PF). \nFinancial institutions and their supervisors should identify\, assess and understand the TF and PF risks they may face in order to take effective actions to mitigate those risks. Financial institutions should apply targeted financial sanctions to terrorist and PF-related assets by identifying potential targets and transactions. Through robust systems and practices firms can manage more effectively the costs of compliance and reduce their exposure to TF and PF risks. TF and PF risks can be quite diversified and complex as TF and PF techniques continuously evolve\, and their identification and mitigation could be challenging for firms. The costs of compliance are increasing\, and so is the risk of sanctions by supervisors for failure to comply effectively with targeted financial sanctions.\nInternational banks are setting the bar high for AML / CFT compliance to establish correspondent banking relationships. \nIn light of these challenges\, this course aims at providing participants with operational knowledge for identifying and assessing TF and PF risks\, acquiring information on the latest TF trends\, and understanding the best practices in creating strategies and setting up effective risk-based compliance systems that is compliant with both FATR Recommendations and other international best practices. In this 4-day workshop\, delegates will learn and acquire practical tips and techniques on ML and TF risk assessment. \nWho Should Attend\nPrincipals especially those working in the Financial Industry including both the public sector (financial regulators and supervisors)\nand private sector (such as Banking\, Insurance\, and Securities) are encouraged and shall benefit by attending this course. \nA list of POTENTIAL ATTENDEES\, but not exhaustive\, is laid out below as follow: \n\nRelationship Managers\nRisk Managers\nPrivate Equity Professionals\nFinancial Lawyers\nPolicy Makers\nCompliance Auditors\nCompliance Manager\nAML / CFT Policy Analyst\nAML / CFT Compliance Analyst\nFinancial Institution Directors\nFinancial Intelligence Managers / Analysts\nFinancial Institution (Senior) Vice Presidents\nFinancial Transaction Regulators / Supervisors\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nLEARN the latest trends of Terrorist Financing (TF) and Proliferation Financing (PF).\nACQUIRE practical yet effective strategies for identifying and assessing Terrorist Financing (TF) and Proliferation Financing (PF) risks.\nUNDERSTAND Terrorist Financing (TF) and Proliferation Financing (PF) international requirements.\nMITIGATE risks based on risk-based approach (RBA).\nSTRENGTHEN compliance oversight on CFT / PF policies and coordination.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 -
