SUMMARY:Carbonate Reservoirs Masterclass
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThe 4-day training course introduces the participants to modern carbonate environments mainly from the Arabian/Persian Gulf and the Caribbean. Discussion of diagenesis explains how carbonate sediment becomes lithified and changed after deposition to provide potential reservoir rocks. Large scale carbonate architectures are discussed and illustrated from a sequence stratigraphic perspective with seismic scale examples. \nThere are numerous illustrations of outcropping carbonates and evaporites from a wide range of depositional settings throughout the Phanerozoic. Porosity and permeability characteristics of carbonates are described. Petrophysical approaches to carbonate reservoir characterization are introduced with emphasis on fracture modelling\, fluid saturation modelling and hydraulic flow units. A selection of carbonate oil and gas models and fields from various parts of the world are discussed. \nWho Should Attend\n\nExploration\, development and production geoscientists\nPetroleum and reservoir engineers\nPetrophysicists\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nINTRODUCE oil and gas professionals to modern carbonate environments\nPROVIDE an insight to the complexity of carbonate depositional systems\, including associated evaporites\nEXPLAIN the susceptibility of carbonates to post-depositional (diagenetic) changes\nEXAMINE petrophysical approaches to carbonate reservoir characterization\nPRESENT worldwide case studies of carbonate models and carbonate oil and gas fields\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Negotiation Tactics and Strategies for the International Oil & Gas Industry
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nThe International Oil and Gas business is defined by a number of key variables along its value chain. Upstream the E&P segment is a high risk\, high investment endeavor\, subject to great uncertainty and long time periods relative to fiscal reward. Midstream storage and transportation is subject to high investment and operating costs\, whilst the downstream sector often requires colossal investment in terms of establishment of infrastructure and the ability to meet daily operating costs. The industry attracts close scrutiny from the global media\, and is subject to the involvement of multiple governments and their laws and regulations\, not only from a financial perspective such as taxation\, but also from other critical issues such as the cost of environmental compliance and health and safety. \n\nIt is against this background of high stakes with significant consequences for both success and failure\, that the importance of being highly efficient within commercial negotiations becomes of critical value. This program has been specifically developed to provide the delegate with the tools; tactics and strategies to be successful when negotiating\, either alone or as part of a team. This 4 day program will give the delegate an entirely new perspective of how to approach the negotiation process and be successful\, utilizing a powerful array of little\, (if known) techniques and proprietary templates. The course is an immersive experience combining open dialogue and problem solving throughout. A key element of this course is an ongoing team based exercise allowing the delegates to practice in real time the different components of the course material. The exercise is progressive and participants will have to think on their feet and will be challenged to find the most efficient settlement \nKey Learning Objectives\nOn completion of this course\, the delegate will:\n• Be able to evaluate how to approach the negotiation.\n• Will understand the importance of due diligence prior to commencement.\n• Know how to ‘scope’ a negotiation.\n• Be able to evaluate and plan for negotiating in different environments.\n• Be able to utilize a structured approach to planning and preparation for a negotiation.\n• Understand the cultural interface and the critical importance of culture to commercial negotiations.\n• Gain an enhanced understanding of stress and what it means within the negotiation context.\n• Be able to manage conflict efficiently. \nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

Originally\, the majority of LNG was sold by the producers under Long Term DES (Delivery Ex Ship) sale and purchase agreements\, with ships chartered under long term time charters by the producers. \nRecently\, there has been a move towards shorter-term contracts and FOB sales resulting in a spot market beginning to develop\, with spot LNG cargoes being carried on trip time charter terms. BIMCO and GIIGNL have developed this new voyage charter party to allow greater flexibility and meet the needs of owners and charterers in the LNG sector. \nThis LNG charter party training will provide both an overview and in-depth look into the various clauses of a LNG charter party and issues which need to be addressed during the negotiation stage and what pitfalls to avoid. \nThe participants with gain valuable insights into the actual workings of a charter party in the LNG trade and to pre-empt and identify the uncertainties and how best to deal with them. Time and voyage charter parties will be reviewed in detail and the participants will be made to appreciate the differences between them and to know which would be appropriate for any particular voyage. \nLastly\, the LNG charter party training course will also deal with charter party disputes and how best to effectively manage them. \nWho Should Attend\nThis LNG charter party training is highly recommended for those in the LNG industry\, most staff in LNG shipping companies\, chartering and trading companies. It is particularly useful for staff involved in day to day shipping operations or administration of LNG Charters. \n\nShip Owners\nShip Charterers\nFreight Forwarders\nShip Brokers\nShipping Agencies\nMarine Insurers\nLegal Advisors\nMaritime Lawyers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\nCapitalize on the expert knowledge of the trainer to gain maximum value on key issues relating to LNG Charter Party\ncontracts: \n• UNDERSTAND the different types of Charter Parties\n• ACQUIRE the ability to evaluate the risk allocation in a LNG Charter Party\n• UNDERSTAND the rights and obligations of Owner and Charterer\n• OBTAIN an understanding of Charter party clauses\n• GAIN an ability to negotiate\, evaluate\, agree on terms of the charter\n• ATTAIN thorough knowledge of the risks and liabilities involved in an LNG Charter\n• MASTER the understanding of dispute resolution and the tools required to properly bring\, defend and avoid disputes \nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Cyber Security for Non-Technical Personnel
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nEvery week we read about yet another cyber (or more accurately: information) security breach where thousands of\nsensitive or confidential records have been stolen. According to a recent study into the cost of data breaches\, the average cost of such a breach is US$158 per client/customer record. For health care organizations the cost is a staggering $355\, and many health care organisations have been breached two or more times! Considering the huge number of records stolen\, the total average cost of a data breach presently works out to around US$4 million\, and many organizations\, especially small to medium ones\, don’t survive. It’s estimated up to 60% go out of business. \nBoard and senior management of many organizations don’t have a realistic view of these dangers\, or how vulnerable their organizations are. For example\, 83% of respondents to an information security survey said: “their organization’s valuable assets are covered by video surveillance”. At the same time\, a recent US boardroom study found that “over 91% of high vulnerable board members said they couldn’t read a cybersecurity report and are not prepared to handle a major attack”. \nThis course looks at the business side of information security. It takes delegates through a non-technical journey of\nthe world of hacking\, vulnerabilities\, data breaches\, etc. It highlights the origins of information security and looks at the many and varied ways in which hackers conduct cyber-attacks on vulnerable organizations & individuals. Most importantly it identifies just who are the main perpetrators\, some of whom will surprise. \nDelegates will learn how to set up defences against these attacks using SIEM (Security Information and Event\nManagement) principles\, particularly:\n• How to use risk management in an information security environment;\n• How to set up information security policies for their organization;\n• How to set up an Information Security Strategic Plan;\n• How to set up Security Incident Response Plan & Team. \nThe seminar draws on the instructor’s vast experience in the Information Technology field over the last 40 plus years\, and particularly in area of Information Security over the last fifteen years. The strategies\, tools & techniques outlined during the seminar are based on real-world examples. By the end of the seminar\, delegates will be able to take them back to their organization and begin using them to immediately build their defences against cyber attacks. \nWho Should Attend\n This course is designed for non-technical people who need to understand (or at the very least want to be aware of) the risks and responsibilities of their organisation with respect to information security. In particular\, anyone who is responsible for information security compliance or assurance will benefit from attending. \nAny manager who has responsibility for managing any part of their organisation that handles information\, especially\nsensitive or confidential client information\, should attend this course. In addition\, all IT professionals\, regardless of their job function\, should attend this course to gain a full appreciation of the dangers of weak or inadequate cyber -security\, both from an organizational point of view as well as at an individual level. \nThe following people will particularly benefit from this course:\n• All “C” level executives\n• Chief Information Security Officer\n• Information / Data Security Officers\n• Customer Service Managers\n• Product Managers\n• Project Managers\n• Technical Support / Customer Support Managers\n• Business Development Managers\, especially those in the following industries:\no Banks\no Insurance\no Telecommunications\no Health-related services including Hospitals\, Health care providers\, Health Care insurance\no Oil & Gas\no Logistics & Transportation\no Government Agencies / Ministries \nKey Learning Objectives\n• Learn the many and varied types of cyber attacks that can occur in your environment\, both at an organizational level as individually\n• Understand the costs & effects (sometimes disastrous) that cyber attacks can have on your organisation or you\n• Identify where you and your organisation are most vulnerable to cyber attack (you may be surprised) – and how to guard against them\n• Learn how to educate senior management and your board in the importance of good information security – the IT\nGovernance standard\n• Guard against cyber-attacks through good risk management – use the standard!\n• See how to build a strong information security perimeter to guard your most valuable assets – your personal/customer/client information\n• Learn how to think like a hacker and build an effective Information Security Plan\n• Recognise the importance of a good Security Incident Response Plan and learn how to prepare one.\n• Plan an effective defence against a cyber attack – Monitor\, Detect\, Analyse\, Respond\, Resolve & Review \n \nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Understanding Contractor Costing in the International Power Generation Industry
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nAs global demand for power generation continues to grow\, there is a growing shift in both the pricing and costing methodologies employed by turnkey contractors. This is largely due to the client wishing to ensure that all (or most) of the risk exposure is to be borne by the main contractor. In response to this EPC contractors have adjusted the costings of their offerings in an attempt to have a project budget to deal with these risks should they manifest. This course has been designed to be an immersive experience\, with emphasis on problem-solving and open dialogue. Many of the underpinning issues that are reflected in project costs are examined – for example\, issues such as pollution control and emissions compliance; turbulent market conditions and price escalations in key raw materials. \nWho Should Attend\nAnyone responsible for EPC projects:\n \n\nCEOs\, CXOs\, Directors\, Heads of Departments\, Managers of:\nCommercial\nGeneral Counsel and Legal Department\n\nContract Management and Administration\n\nProject Finance and Finance\n\nProcurement\n\nOperations and Facilities Management\n\nPlanning\n\nInvestment/Funding\n\nProject Development\n\nConstruction/Engineering\nGovernment Agencies\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nBecome familiar with the importance of ‘scoping’ an EPC project correctly both from the client/end-user perspective and the contractor regardless of particular power generation sector\nUnderstand the difference between EPC; EPCM and ‘Multi-Prime’ approaches\nGrasp the key elements and features of a ‘split’ EPC contract\nHave awareness of the key features and contractual provisions of an EPC contract\nHave a greater understanding of the dynamic nature of contractual provisions and some of the consequences that arise as a result of them within the commercial world\nGrasp the fundamentally important aspects of managing and allocating risk in an EPC contract\nBe competent in supplier selection and evaluation\nUnderstand the importance of project change orders and how to efficiently manage change regardless of power sector\nBe competent in managing critical interfaces in power projects such as access to grid; fuel specifications and the commissioning regime\nUnderstand the best practices in avoiding and/or managing claims within EPC contracts and finance documents to facilitate funding of project specific transactions\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Understanding Drilling Contracts
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nThe ‘Upstream’ or Exploration and Production (E&P) segment of the International Oil and Gas Industry\, is in all probability\, the riskiest in terms of capital intensity\, long payback periods; technological dependence and a host of legal/environmental compliance requirements. It is commonplace for entities seeking hydrocarbon reserves to offset this risk exposure through collective entities such as Joint Ventures. This course has been specifically designed to provide the delegate with a holistic understanding not only of drilling contracts\, but to understand them within the wider context of the larger governing framework of which they are a part in terms of hydrocarbon discovery and extraction. The course is an immersive experience and the focus is on open dialogue throughout and class exercises/problem solving and knowledge sharing. \nWho Should Attend\n\nPeople involved in Contract Management and Administration of Drilling Contract during project execution\nPeople involved in Negotiation of Drilling Contract\n\nJob Titles Include: \n\nContract Lawyers & Attorneys—Rig/Drilling\n\nContract Executives & Managers—Rig/Drilling\n\nContract Negotiators—Rig/Drilling\n\nContract Managers/Administrators\n\nRig Procurement Managers\n\nDrilling Contractor Marketing Personnel\n\nProject\, Operations\, and Rig Managers\n\nAccounting and Operational Personnel\n\nBusiness Unit Heads with responsibility for Rig Selection and Management of Drilling Operations\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nUnderstand some of the key issues that must be incorporated into a statement of requirements when tendering for a drilling contractor\n\nGrasp the basic different forms of drilling contracts\n\nBecome familiar with the key contractual elements of a drilling contract\n\nBe able to discern both the advantages and disadvantages that stem from being involved within a JV\nKnow what a JOA is and what it does\n\nUnderstand what a Joint Operating Committee (JOC) is and what it does\n\nGrasp the essentials of stakeholder management and why this is important to commercial contracts\n\nBecome aware of the differing formats and mechanisms that can be used to resolve disputes\n\nHave awareness of some of the different abandonment securities that exist/are imposed in different jurisdictions\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Petroleum Geology of the South and Central Atlantic
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis Atlantic petroleum geology training aims at providing participants with the ‘regional picture’ that controls the complex play systems of the Central and South Atlantic using largely unpublished material gathered from the authors own regional work and attendance at scores of conferences on the region\, many organised by himself. By presenting these regional models during the course and in a detailed manual full of palaeotectonic- paleogeographic maps\, stratigraphic charts and play cross-sections\, the course aims to save participants the equivalents of hundreds of thousands of dollars on mantime conducting regional research\, so that they can then concentrate on their own ventures and prospects. Specific attention is paid to the pre-salt plays of the South Atlantic\, and the complex interrelated tectonic\, depositional and geochemical models that are now being unravelled for these plays. Recent well results are reviewed and explained. The lectures are interspersed with numerous case studies analysing each of the key regional controls\, some of which will be run as group discussions and guided exercises. \nWho Should Attend\nGeologists and geophysicists or exploration managers that are involved in the assessment of new exploration opportunities\, acreage and prospects in the Central or South Atlantic. This is an advanced level Atlantic petroleum geology training course and a basic knowledge of petroleum geology and in particular of petroleum systems is required. \n\nExploration & Development Department\nGeologists\nGeophysicists\nExploration Managers\nGeoscientists\nPetroleum Engineers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nParticipants will be provided with the regional picture controlling prospectivity in pre-salt\, rift and post-rift/salt plays\, enabling them to concentrate in their own work on local and prospect specific issues\nParticipants will learn how the tectonic and heat flow history of the region\, and in particular processes preceding and during continental break-up\, control the prospectivity of the South and Central Atlantic\nSpecific attention is given to the complex controls on pre-salt plays on both sides of the Atlantic.\nParticipants will learn how to screen for both pre-salt clastic and carbonate plays and avoid regions with downgrading influences such as early high heat flow and gas generation.\nFor post-salt plays the key objective is to learn how to screen for thick effective reservoirs though the understanding of regional sediment/reservoir supply and integrate this with seismic attribute analysis.\nParticipants will learn how to apply ‘data room checklists’ to rapidly assess opportunities presented to them in this region\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - Floating structures are becoming more common with the increasing number of oil discoveries made in deeper waters and hence a steady rise in the demand for new floating platforms such as FPSO\, TLP\, Semi-submersible and Spar. A key element for these floating platforms is the mooring system\, and the design\, operation\, installation\, inspection and maintenance for the mooring systems are very demanding and challenging tasks faced by the industry. There is a strong need for those working in the offshore industry to develop in depth understanding of the key mooring issues to carry out their work. This short course is offered to meet this need. \nThis short course begins with a broad view on floating drilling and production operations\, followed by a few supporting areas such as floating vessel\, riser\, environmental criteria and loads. Then more detailed presentations and discussions are given to the mooring issues such as system overview\, mooring components\, anchor system\, mooring analysis\, installation\, and inspection. The teaching methods include Power Point and video presentations\, class discussions\, and group class projects to provide the best learning process. Copies of the Power Point presentations and some class notes for the key mooring issues will be provided for future reference. \nWho Should Attend\nThis course is recommended for all personal involved with an FPSO project\, whether new to the industry or whose area of responsibility have increased as well as experienced professionals who want to refresh their overall knowledge of the entire FPSO project process. \n\nConceptual Design Engineers\nDevelopment Engineers\nFPSO Project Managers\nEngineering & Integration Managers\nNaval Architects\nOperations Managers\nProcess Engineers\nOffshore Installation Managers\nProject Managers\nStructural Engineers\nInstallation Engineers\nCivil Engineers\nFlowline/Pipeline Engineers\nFacility Engineers\nSubsea Engineers\nEngineering Managers\nEngineers and operating personnel for MODUs (Mobile Offshore Drilling Units)\n\nKey Learning Objectives\nA key requirement for a mooring system is its ability to keep on station to allow risers and flowlines to receive and export fluids in various weather conditions with minimal downtime. However\, unplanned interruptions to production sometimes occur due to deficiencies in the mooring ranging from failures of mooring components to overloading or fatigue failures. Such failures are economically costly. With the current trend moving into deeper and deeper water\, it is more important than ever to minimize the incidence of technical failures\, production interruptions\, and downtime. It is important that those who influence or make decisions on field development options and operations appreciate the technology and the significance of the key aspects of mooring systems for floating structures \nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Planning and Scheduling for Day to Day Maintenance and Turnarounds
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nThe effective Maintenance management within chemical plants is a critical feature of plant operation\, both in establishing the conditions for safe ongoing operation of the plant after commissioning and in supporting the commercial success of the business. Many companies focus on the cost of the maintenance organisation\, rather than on the benefits that they can provide\, and in so doing the real potential for maintenance organisations to make significant contributions to business success are often lost. Ultimately\, and assuming that the commercial department is able to sell the product that is produced\, the contribution of a maintenance organisation can most effectively be measured in terms of its ability to generate sustained improvements with time in the total (fixed and variable) cost per unit volume of production. \nThere are a number of drivers which tend to increase the cost of production; certain types of equipment become unreliable with time\, obsolescence is often an issue\, environmental and safety standards are continuing to tighten\, and so on. Of course\, there are many tools and techniques that are available to help. Techniques such as Risk-Based Inspection\, Reliability Centred Maintenance\, and Total Productive Maintenance can all add value if they are used appropriately\, but it is important to remember that the long term aim of plant maintenance is to deliver sustained and continuous reduction in the cost per unit of production\, a point often lost in the mounds of paperwork that can be generated by some of the tools that are provided to help the maintenance engineer in his decision making! It is worth remembering that any debate or decision within the maintenance organisation which does not concern the selection or delivery of maintenance task is unlikely to contribute to improving the overall performance of the business. \nWho Should Attend\nThis course takes delegates through the planning and management phase of both maintenance and project management\, based on best practice. The course is especially useful for Engineering and Project managers\, engineers\, planners\, schedulers\, supervisors\, cost engineers\, Safety/Quality engineers and Operations personnel. \nKey Learning Objectives\n• Improve your company’s approach to planning and scheduling\n• Provide a framework for effective turnaround execution\n• Highlight the unique safety requirements of turnarounds\n• Foster the “one team” approach to turnarounds\n• Provide a comprehensive knowledge base for turnarounds \n• Demonstrate the latest planning techniques for turnarounds\n• Highlighting the operational checkout and startup requirements\n• Learn the conditions for acceptance of the plant by plant operations personnel \nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Advanced Safety Incident Investigation\, Analysis & Report Writing
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nFor many years\, the trainer has worked with organisations in developing incident management systems\, skilling staff in internationally regarded incident investigation methodologies\, and conducting independent safety investigations into fatalities\, major injuries\, environmental harm\, high potential and production loss events across a range of high-risk industries and cultural backgrounds. \nFrom this experience\, the trainer has a unique understanding of the specific competencies required of incident investigators and how best to develop and sustain these competencies in organisations that operate in fast paced\, challenging environments. While many organisations have adopted systemic incident analysis methods in line with international standards\, there remains a distinct variability in the quality and robustness of the investigation analysis for several reasons: \n\nNot all organisations have a clearly defined risk-based approach to classifying safety occurrences and may not investigate to a comprehensive standard\nOften investigators have difficulty in distinguishing between contributing and non-contributing factors\nThe point at which control is lost is not always well defined\, leading to a poor understanding of the efficacy of existing critical prevention and mitigation controls\nThe distinction between human failures and latent systemic conditions can be inconsistent because organisations’ do not provide a well-defined and structured list of contributing factor types\nBecause contributing factor types are not always clearly defined\, there are lost opportunities to identify repeat failure trends from which to direct more strategic accident prevention activities\n\nWho Should Attend\nThis program is designed for those individuals with some experience in incident investigation or for those accountable managers responsible for reviewing incident investigation reports. This advanced incident investigation and analysis program will provide participants with a more structured\, repeatable and transparent approach to conducting more effective investigations\, consistent with international standards and to compliment organisational zero harm target objectives. Course is beneficial to the following personnel: \n• Legal experts and government officials involved in investigation-related matters\n• Safety Investigators/Auditors\n• Safety Regulators\n• Those responsible for Safety Information Analysis\n• Human Resource Managers\n• General and line managers\n• Environmental managers\n• WHS and injury management personnel \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nPlan and prepare to conduct safety incident investigations based on specific risk criteria;\nIdentify a structured human factors approach to witness interviewing;\nClearly distinguish between contributing and non-contributing factors via a practical data collection checklist;\nDevelop a timeline of events and conditions to provide logic to the analysis;\nRecognise the human factor contribution to safety incidents in complex circumstances;\nEffectively determine contributing factor types to aid in system wide trend analysis;\nIdentify practical and reasonable improvement opportunities and key learning’s; and\nProduce quality incident investigation reports based on a highly structured repeatable format.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Enhanced Assessment on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (ML/TF) Risks
DESCRIPTION:About this Training Course\nFATF Recommendations and domestic legislation require financial institutions and their supervisors to identify\, assess and understand the ML and TF risks they face and to take effective actions to mitigate those risks. The purpose of these requirements is to focus AML strategies and compliance efforts where the risks are higher\, and at the same time\, to manage more effectively the costs of compliance and to reduce the firm’s exposure to ML and TF risks. \nML and TF risks can be quite diversified and complex as ML and TF techniques continuously evolve\, and their identification and mitigation could be challenging for firms. The costs of compliance are increasing\, and so is the risk of sanctions by supervisors for failure to comply effectively with AML/CFT requirements. International banks are setting the bar high for AML/CFT compliance to establish correspondent banking relationships.\n \nIn light of these challenges\, this course aims at providing participants with operational knowledge for identifying and assessing ML and TF risks\, acquiring information on the latest ML and TF trends\, and understanding the best practices in creating strategies and setting up effective risk-based compliance systems that is compliant with both FATF Recommendations and other international best practices. \nWho Should Attend\nPrincipals especially those working in the Financial Industry including both the public sector (financial regulators and supervisors) and private sector (such as Banking\, Insurance\, and Securities) are encouraged and shall benefit by attending this course. \nA list of POTENTIAL ATTENDEES\, but not exhaustive\, is laid out below as follow: \n\nFinancial Transaction Regulators / Supervisors\nFinancial Intelligence Managers/Analysts\n\nPolicy Makers\n\nFinancial Institution Directors\n\nFinancial Institution (Senior) Vice Presidents\n\nAML/CFT Policy Analyst\n\nAML/CFT Compliance Analyst\n\nCompliance Manager\n\nCompliance Auditors\n\nRelationship Managers\n\nRisk Managers\n\nPrivate Equity Professionals\nFinancial Lawyers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nLEARN the latest trends of ML and TF\n\nACQUIRE practical yet effective strategies for identifying and assessing ML and TF risks\n\nUNDERSTAND ML and TF risks\n\nMITIGATE money laundering and terrorist financing risks based on risk-based approach (RBA)\nENSURE that the AML/CFT regime is adequate to address such risks\nSTRENGTHEN compliance oversight on AML/ CFT policies and coordination\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.Name\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n PhoneEmail\n \n CompanyAdditional Comments:CAPTCHA

SUMMARY:Source to Sink Systems Masterclass
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis source to sink training course currently consists of 3-days sessions with roughly 25% theoretical lectures\, 25% case studies and 50% exercises\, a mixture that maximises the learning of key points and the online engagement of the delegates. It moves from sedimentological principles to study the influence of tectonics\, topography\, climate\, provenance and drainage on the ‘quartz factory’ that controls the formation of high-quality clastic reservoirs. Particular emphasis is given in the lectures\, case studies and exercises to the development of economic reservoir thicknesses and quality in deepwater settings. It is demonstrated that nearly all major deepwater clastic discoveries in recent years have a favourable ‘source to sink’ model to support them\, while most failures do not. Case studies and exercises are taken from around the world to demonstrate these points and the course is therefore relevant to those exploring clastic reservoirs in all regions. \nWho Should Attend\nGeologists and geophysicists or exploration managers that are involved in the assessment of new exploration opportunities and new country entry\, particularly if working on rifts and or passive margins. The basin analysis training course contents are on intermediate/advanced level and a basic knowledge of petroleum geology and in particular of petroleum systems is required. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nLEARN the methodology to assess reservoir risk\, particularly in deepwater studies\, through the study of all elements of the system that erodes\, transports and deposits clastic reservoirs\nLEARN how to predict and interpret a paleodrainage system through a wide range of techniques and assess how sand-prone their system will be at different points in its history. Palaeodrainage systems can thus be ranked in terms of their likely ability to deliver thick sandstones into deepwater\nLEARN essentials of the regional ‘quartz factory’ approach to predicting reservoirs and how to integrate this with local data\, such as seismic attributes\, in order to more accurately predict reservoir risk\nUNDERSTAND the importance of the ‘source to sink’ approach as it is understood in a number of well-controlled analogue basins such as the Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea and will be able to apply the learnings from these basins to the less well-controlled basins they are studying themselves\nENHANCE understanding of demonstrated scaling relationship between the size of drainage systems and those of fans\, which are particularly applicable to the screening of ultra-deepwater frontiers\, as featured in a number of recent licence rounds.\nThese learnings are applicable to ALL deepwater areas around the world\, though differences related to climate will be demonstrated by the global spread of the case studies.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number.
