SUMMARY:Commercial Contracts for Non-Lawyers
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nModern business is increasingly complex and so too are the challenges associated with commercial contracting. Quite often\, individuals find themselves in a position where they are uncertain as to what the strange legalistic language is actually saying and what this then means from an interpretive perspective. SUMMARY:Strategic Sustainability & ESG Leadership for Energy
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nSustainability and ESG have evolved from specialist or reporting functions into strategic leadership priorities that increasingly influence how energy organisations manage operations\, allocate capital\, respond to risk\, engage stakeholders and create long-term value. \nFor today’s energy leaders\, the challenge is not simply to understand ESG terminology\, frameworks or disclosure requirements. Leaders need to understand what sustainability means for the business\, which issues are material\, what questions they should be asking\, where accountability sits\, and how sustainability considerations should influence operational and strategic decisions. \nStrategic Sustainability & ESG Leadership for Energy is an intensive one-day executive programme designed to strengthen the ability of senior leaders to navigate sustainability and ESG within the realities of the energy industry. \nThe programme explores the intersection between operational excellence\, governance\, risk\, climate and decarbonisation\, stakeholder expectations\, energy transition and long-term value creation. Particular emphasis is placed on helping leaders translate corporate sustainability ambitions into practical priorities across different business functions. \nRather than treating ESG primarily as a compliance or reporting exercise\, the programme positions sustainability as a leadership\, business performance and cross-functional responsibility. \nThrough energy-sector examples\, facilitated executive discussions and a practical decision-making exercise\, participants will examine how leaders can balance competing priorities involving operational performance\, safety\, cost\, emissions\, compliance\, stakeholder expectations and long-term business resilience. \nParticipants will leave the programme better equipped to set direction\, ask the right questions\, challenge assumptions\, strengthen governance and make informed sustainability-related decisions within their areas of responsibility. \nWe are also a proud member of the Energy Institute of UK. \nWho Should Attend\n\nDesigned for Heads of Department\, General Managers\, Asset & Operations Leaders\, Engineering & Project Leaders\, HSE/HSSE Leaders\, Sustainability & ESG Leaders\, Strategy\, Finance\, Commercial\, Procurement\, Risk and other senior decision-makers across the energy industry\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nUnderstand the strategic significance of sustainability and ESG within the evolving energy landscape.\nDistinguish between ESG as a reporting concept and sustainability as a business and leadership imperative.\nIdentify material environmental\, social and governance risks and opportunities relevant to energy operations.\nUnderstand how sustainability can affect operational performance\, business resilience\, reputation\, stakeholder confidence and long-term value.\nRecognise the leadership and governance responsibilities associated with sustainability and ESG.\nAsk the right executive-level questions when reviewing ESG risks\, performance\, investments and initiatives.\nUnderstand the implications of climate change\, carbon management\, methane\, decarbonisation and the energy transition for energy businesses.\nEvaluate sustainability considerations alongside operational\, financial\, safety and commercial priorities.\nNavigate difficult trade-offs between production\, operational excellence\, cost\, safety\, emissions\, compliance and stakeholder expectations.\nTranslate corporate sustainability ambitions and targets into practical departmental and asset-level priorities.\nStrengthen cross-functional collaboration and accountability for sustainability outcomes.\nApply ESG thinking to real-world leadership and business decisions rather than treating sustainability as the responsibility of a single function.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n SUMMARY:TUV PHRA Training: TÜV Rheinland FS Engineer Process Hazard and Risk Analysis
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis TUV PHRA training course focuses on the early lifecycle phases of hazard and risk analysis up to\, and including\, the development of the Safety Requirements Specification (SRS) for process\, oil & gas\, petrochemical and chemical industries according to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511. \nThis 5-day course comprises 4 days of classroom tuition and practical guidance\, for understanding and mastering the application\, of process hazard analysis and associated risk analysis as required for the early lifecycle phases of Edition 2 IEC 61508 & Edition 2 of IEC 61511 for SIS. We also include many fundamental topics that we know you need to understand\, but are not covered in the standards. Practical exercises will be performed throughout the course based on real-life examples. There is a 5-hour competency examination on the last day. \nWho Should Attend\nProcess Engineers\, Instrument Engineers\, Process Safety and Operations personnel who are involved in maintaining the integrity of their processes\, and are more involved in the early lifecycle phases of functional safety management. \nKey Learning Objectives\nThe topics cover the concepts of identifying hazards using tools such as What-If\, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and HAZard and OPerability (HAZOP). This will be further developed into the analysis of risk and methods of risk reduction to consider the effectiveness of preventative and mitigating layers of protection. The use of preventative safeguarding efficiencies will be introduced for use with the PHA Matrix\, along with the advantages/disadvantages of using the PHA Matrix with different Hazard Analysis methods. \nThe different questioning techniques used by a Hazard study leader to guarantee a systematic study methodology are investigated\, as is the HAZOP flowsheet design\, by considering the use of the HAZOP for specific needs such as LOPA. A LOPA exercise will actually be carried out from the output of the course HAZOP exercise. Consideration of constructing effective nodes will be examined and a better definition will be given to claims of double jeopardy. \nThe TUV PHRA training will introduce participants to the use of Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) and SIL determination using internationally agreed methods for assessing and quantifying process risk and risk reduction requirements. Delegates will be equipped with the knowledge and methods for undertaking various types of qualitative\, semi-quantified and quantitative risk assessments. \nPractical exercises will be carried out for Semi-Quantitative methods such as risk graph and LOPA. The shortfalls of the quicker methods will be investigated to allow the analyst to appreciate the limitations of screening tools. The most popular semi quantified method\, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA)\, will be explored in depth. \nThe effective use of Event Tree Analysis will be looked at in two different forms (Mitigation ETA and Traditional ETA). The TUV PHRA training will focus on how ETA can be used to qualitatively support the analyst in mapping out the various consequences given various events with safeguard success or failure. Analysts can then select those events which generate consequences of interest for which FTA may be required. \nDelegates will also be taken through the requirements for safety management and the framework of a Safety Management System (SMS) for achieving effective process risk management. Best practice for SMS will be investigated with the use of Bow-ties linking the Hazard and its safeguards to the SMS. An insight into how process safety KPIs can be used to better align engineering and management in the prevention of major accident hazards will be covered. \nPartnership\n\n\n\nTUV Rheinland Singapore was founded in 1989 and has been serving the testing and certification needs of Singapore companies for over 20 years. In 2006\, our electrical lab was expanded to fully cover Household\, IT and audio video equipment testing acd to IEC/EN standards. In 2007 we achieved accreditation Singapore Accreditation Council for our certification department. In 2009\, we were recognized as a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) by SPRING Singapore\, which enables us to issue the Singapore safety mark to goods that are controlled by the government. Currently we offer Product Safety Testing and Certification\, Management Systems Certification\, Training\, CDM and Third party Inspections for Industrial projects. \n\n\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Advanced Energy Contract Strategy: Negotiation\, Execution & Governance
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nAdvanced Contract Negotiation\nContracts are absolutely essential in the petroleum industry\, and poor contract negotiations can result in many unnecessary and costly problems. When engaged in contract negotiations of all types and value\, your skill as a contract negotiator may not only prevent losses and increase gains for you and your organisation\, but it can also establish the foundation for long and mutually fruitful relationships. \nWhile many negotiation courses address the topic in a general light\, this advanced energy contract training is specifically focused upon the Oil and Gas commercial relationship negotiation interface. You will learn how to become an effective negotiator in the context of a commercial contracting – you will realize that negotiations is not merely an event\, but rather an inter-related phase in a larger process. When should you negotiate? How can you best prepare for negotiations with commercial partners in the Oil and Gas sector? Why are internal negotiations with stakeholders sometimes tougher than negotiating with external commercial partners? These are just some of the easier questions we will address in this interactive session. \nThis advanced energy contract training offers you the key strategies and techniques to appreciably enhance your ability to negotiate better contracts and to better negotiate solutions to the inevitable conflict and (often) disputes that can arise in the post-award contracts environment. This program is designed with leading contract industry knowledge and practical contract negotiation case studies discussion and analysis to provide you with an interactive learning environment. \nPost-Contract Management\nHaving established the supplier’s ability to deliver specific requirements and carried out due diligence\, it is vital to ensure contracts are successfully executed. \nAll contracts require a minimum level of management oversight\, but as complexity and risk increase\, the need for performance monitoring also arises. Such effective performance monitoring is part of the contract management process and needs to be included in the contract specification. \nPost-contract appraisal is fundamental to contract and supplier relationship management – it allows the buyer and supplier to monitor compliance\, identify non-compliance and trigger corrective actions including contractual penalties and assess supplier performance and compare it with its peers. This advanced energy contract training is designed in with leading contract industry knowledge and practical contract negotiation case studies discussion and analysis to provide an interactive learning environment. \nWe are also a proud member of the Energy Institute in UK. \nWho Should Attend\nThe advanced energy contract training is designed for those who are in need of a good understanding of petroleum contract negotiation & post-contract management: \n\nProcurement Managers & Executives\nContract Managers & Executives\nLegal Managers & Executives\nCommercial Managers & SUMMARY:Power Purchase Agreements
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThe world is changing and the need for electricity continues to grow as power generation markets continue to evolve and demand continues (in many parts of the world) to outstrip available supply – although still a major source\, the role of fossil fuels is beginning to diminish as focus starts to shift towards other alternative ‘cleaner’ forms of energy(renewables) such as wind; solar; tidal or hydro. As power generation infrastructure continues to grow through the investment of both governments and private organisations\, the central enabling mechanism is the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). This is the contract that enables entities such as utilities to contract with privately-owned power generation projects and to purchase electricity from them (Offtakers). Constructing power generation facilities and supporting infrastructure is an expensive business – hence the PPA will provide a modicum of certainty to principle participants as to the execution of the EPC contract\, the repayment of the debt\, the amount of resource provided and the longevity of supply. This PPA training course has been specifically tailored to explore this complex contractual area and to immerse delegates within a problem solving\, open discussion forum experience in order to maximise take away added value and to gain knowledge and insights that are immediately valuable and useful. \nWho Should Attend\n\nIndividuals seeking to understand the mechanics of a PPA\nCommercial decision-makers\nLegal departments\nContracts personnel\nProject personnel\n\nKey Learning Objectives\n\nUnderstand how the global energy market has and continues to evolve\nLearn that Bankability is perhaps not as straight forward as it first appears\nKnow what some of the key generator issues are that must be considered\nBecome familiar with some of the key risk factors that underpin PPA’s\nGrasp the technicalities of dealing with a default situation\nBecome aware of ‘Curtailment’ and what its ramifications are\nGain knowledge of the operation of assignment provisions\nGrasp the key challenges involved with balancing an energy system\nUnderstand the mechanics of LNG SPA’s\nBecome familiar with the concept of Force Majeure and understand why it is so very important to PPA’s\nAcquire a working knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms and the key elements of international commercial arbitration.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - SUMMARY:Carbon Accounting Essentials: Emission Measurement\, Reporting & Corporate Compliance
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nWith governments around the world stepping up their climate disclosure requirements\, companies are now expected to publish structured\, verifiable ESG data — with a primary focus on environmental metrics. In Singapore\, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) mandate climate reporting in alignment with Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations\, on a ‘comply or explain’ basis for financial years beginning in 2022. \nMalaysia is moving toward mandatory carbon and climate reporting\, with listed companies already required to disclose sustainability-related information and a roadmap in place to align with TCFD and ISSB standards in the next few years. Like Singapore\, manual reporting and weak carbon data governance may expose companies to greenwashing risks and investor scrutiny. \nBursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Requirements\nListed companies on Bursa Malaysia are already required to publish a Sustainability Statement as part of their annual report. \nThis includes: \n\nMaterial sustainability matters Governance structure\nPerformance indicators (economic\, environmental\, and social)\n\nSince 2023\, there has been increased emphasis on climate-related disclosures\, especially for: \n\nCompanies in high-impact sectors (e.g.\, energy\, plantation\, manufacturing)\nAlignment with Global Frameworks Bursa Malaysia has signaled its intent to adopt TCFD-aligned climate disclosures.\n\nIn December 2022\, it issued the Bursa Malaysia Climate Change Roadmap (2023–2026)\, which includes: \n\nA phased approach to mandatory TCFD-aligned disclosures\nIntegration with international sustainability frameworks such as the ISSB (IFRS S1 and S2) standards and GHG Protocol\n\nRegulatory Drivers\nThe Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) are pushing for climate risk governance\, particularly in the financial and corporate sectors.\nBank Negara is also requiring climate risk assessments and disclosures from financial institutions. \nUpcoming Mandatory Disclosures\nMandatory climate-related disclosures are expected to become compulsory for PLCs in phases starting from 2025\, particularly in sectors with high GHG exposure.\nEarly preparation for Scope 1\, 2 and 3 emissions reporting is highly encouraged. \nAs the demand for climate transparency intensifies\, many corporations still rely on manual carbon data tracking through spreadsheets\, resulting in inaccurate\, incomplete\, and non-compliant disclosures. The risk of greenwashing accusations from regulators\, investors\, media\, and consumers is higher than ever — and the cost of reputational damage is steep. \nBy the end of this carbon accounting training\, participants will understand the benefits\, challenges\, and compliance risks associated with corporate carbon accounting — and how to build a credible climate reporting framework. \nWe are also a proud member of the Energy Institute of UK. \nWho Should Attend\n\nBusiness Owners\, Board Members\, and C-Suite Executives\nChief Sustainability Officers (CSOs) and Sustainability Professionals\nFinance Managers\, Accountants\, and Auditors\nRisk Management Officers\nOperations\, Supply Chain\, and Project Managers.\nProduct and Project Managers\n\nKey Learning Objectives\nThis introductory carbon accounting training is designed to build participants’ foundational knowledge of carbon accounting and climate-related disclosures. It provides a practical overview of: \n\nCarbon accounting principles (Scope 1\, 2\, and 3 emissions)\nRegional and global reporting standards (e.g.\, GHG Protocol\, TCFD\, ISSB)\nRegulatory developments in ASEAN and internationally\nGreenwashing risks and case examples\nTools and systems for accurate\, auditable emissions reporting\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:SIRE 2.0 Tanker Vetting and Human Factors
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis tanker vetting training course is a 2-day training. Launched in 1993\, the OCIMF Ship Inspection Report Programme (SIRE) has governed over 180\,000 inspection reports. As a result\, SIRE has made a significant contribution to improving the overall safety record of the maritime industry. As the industry continues to evolve\, its risk profile changes. More sophisticated risk measurement and management tools are now available. Against this background\, it became the right time to strengthen SIRE and ensure it remains truly effective in todays and future maritime environment. \nWorking with the industry\, OCIMF has developed an enhanced and risk-based vessel inspection programme that will supersede the existing SIRE programme. SIRE 2.0 will provide more accurate information to enable OCIMF members and programme recipients to make judgements on the quality and the likely future performance of a vessel. In future SIRE 2.0 will encompass all of OCIMF’s inspection programmes. This includes OCIMF’s Barge Inspection Report programme (BIRE) and Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID). \nSIRE 2.0 is the latest version of the Ship Inspection Report Programme developed by the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF). It is a new way of conducting and reporting ship inspections that focuses more on the human factors and management aspects of ship operations. \nThis tanker vetting training course also closely compliments our Loading Master Certification course. \nWe are also a proud member of the Energy Institute of UK. \nWho Should Attend\nThis tanker vetting training course is designed for anyone with immediate responsibility for loading\, discharging and care in custody transfer or handling oil (Crude\, Petroleum Products) cargoes. Personnel in port management\, terminal operations\, port policy\, nautical operations and shipping management could find it beneficial. \nOther related job titles include: \n\nTerminal Loading Masters.\nTerminal Marine Safety Operators.\nVessel owners and operators\nSurveyors\nMarine superintendents\nRelevant industries include oil and gas\, supply chain\, energy and logistics etc\n\n  \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nA more comprehensive inspection regime with enhanced tools\, strengthened governance processes and more in-depth\nreporting outcomes\, following a risk-based approach.\nEnchanced inspection criteria on equipment\, procedures and human factors\, to further improve control over vessel safety\nsystems and processes. Enhanced pre-inspection processes and more robust monitoring protocols on the inspection\nprocess have been included.\nThe use of web-enabled tablet devices to allow inspections and feedback to be reported and documented in real-time\nand to allow inspections to be completed more efficiently\, with the adoption of a comprehensive yet standardised reporting\nformat.\nUpdated policies\, procedures\, and user guidance housed in an online process documentation library.\nAn enhanced governance process to provide greater transparency and control for all parties involved in the\nprogramme\, either directly or indirectly; and the adoption of rules that are enforceable and verifiable by OCIMF.\nSignificant enhancements to training and continuing development of inspectors to ensure the highest standard of\ndelivery is maintained and improved.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number. SUMMARY:Heavy Lift Training: Heavy Transport and Lifting
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nThis is a 3-day heavy lift training course held in Singapore\, Malaysia\, Perth\, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The efficient and safe execution of lifting and transporting objects that are heavy or awkward in size or shape involves specialized load handling equipment and various different modes of operation. These kinds of operations require a thorough understanding of the physics and laws of nature that contribute to the success of such activities. This heavy lift training is designed for personnel involved in specialized transportation and lifting from contract transport organizations and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to engineering companies and project owners in the oil and gas\, power generation and other plant-environment industries. \nCharacteristic for this industry is often the absence of standardization across multiple countries or companies. This leads to unique engineering and planning for each project\, a truly indispensable element in projects of this nature. The engineering principles of hydraulic platform trailers like self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs) are delved into along with a variety of other load handling equipment. Heavy lift\, jacking and skidding\, and load-out (roll-on/roll-off) project case studies are utilized for participants to gain a broad understanding of the art and science of specialized transport and heavy lift operation. \nThe knowledge gained in this heavy lifting training course is universally applicable to all specialized transport and heavy lift projects\, not just in Malaysia\, as it is based on solid engineering principles\, it will provide each participant with a lifetime of benefits. \nWho Should Attend\n\nCEOs and Company Owners\nCrane & Transport Contractors\nFreight SUMMARY:Extended Reach Drilling
DESCRIPTION:Why Choose this Training Course\nExtended Reach Drilling (ERD) is a technology for drilling longer horizontal wells at a high inclination angle to reach underground oil/natural gas deposits further away from the drilling spot\, instead of drilling wells vertically. \nIn exploration and development of oil and natural gas\, we drill wells to reach subsurface deposits where oil/natural gas is likely trapped. However\, in the event we are unable to drill wells from directly above these deposits\, since mountains\, rivers\, or town areas overlie them\, we drill wells from surface locations at a short distance away\, using the directional drilling technology. ERD is an advanced version of the directional drilling technology. More specifically\, drilling at a high inclination angle allows for drilling horizontal wells even longer distances. \nIn recent years\, the ERD technology has been increasingly adopted in E&P projects. For instance\, using the technology\, we are able to locate and produce oil or natural gas from deposits below the seabed by diagonally drilling horizontal wells from the land\, rather than constructing offshore platforms directly above these deposits and drilling vertical wells to reach oil/natural gas. \nThe evolution of extended reach drilling techniques is explained against a background of showing what can go wrong if correct planning or rigsite operational practices are not fully implemented. This is very much an operationally focused course which looks to deliver a knowledge level that can immediately be put to use not just in ERD projects but in improving performance on smaller wells and substantially cutting drilling costs from development projects. The knowledge from this course can be directly applied to ongoing drilling operations or future well planning and will have a dramatic impact on drilling performance. \nAll the topics are placed in their operational context and an understanding of how each topic is inter-related with the other subject areas in the course is developed throughout the week.\nThroughout the course areas in which ERD techniques can adversely impact the well cost or increase the well risk are detailed and the mitigations for these risks are discussed. \nWho Should Attend\nDrilling engineers and managers handling extended reach drilling projects. \nKey Learning Objectives\n\nHow to relate your project to the industry drilling envelope and how to define the correct level of planning resource to allocate to ensure success.\nWhy certain vibration types become predominant in ERD wells and how to address these problems.\nWhen to use high cost technology like rotary steerable systems and when these systems add little value.\nHow to mitigate the risks of motor drilling when they are used in high angle drilling.\nHow to ensure that once the well is drilled\, it is possible to get the casing to bottom and cement it successfully.\n\nEnquiry Form\n\n \n \n SalutationMr.Ms.Miss.Mrs.Mdm.Dr.Prof.Capt.-Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Company*Current Location* \n \n \n AfghanistanAlbaniaAlgeriaAmerican SamoaAndorraAngolaAnguillaAntarcticaAntigua and BarbudaArgentinaArmeniaArubaAustraliaAustriaAzerbaijanBahamasBahrainBangladeshBarbadosBelarusBelgiumBelizeBeninBermudaBhutanBoliviaBonaire\, Sint Eustatius and SabaBosnia and HerzegovinaBotswanaBouvet IslandBrazilBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBrunei DarussalamBulgariaBurkina FasoBurundiCambodiaCameroonCanadaCape VerdeCayman IslandsCentral African RepublicChadChileChinaChristmas IslandCocos IslandsColombiaComorosCongoCongo\, Democratic Republic of theCook IslandsCosta RicaCroatiaCubaCuraçaoCyprusCzechiaCôte d'IvoireDenmarkDjiboutiDominicaDominican RepublicEcuadorEgyptEl SalvadorEquatorial GuineaEritreaEstoniaEswatiniEthiopiaFalkland IslandsFaroe IslandsFijiFinlandFranceFrench GuianaFrench PolynesiaFrench Southern TerritoriesGabonGambiaGeorgiaGermanyGhanaGibraltarGreeceGreenlandGrenadaGuadeloupeGuamGuatemalaGuernseyGuineaGuinea-BissauGuyanaHaitiHeard Island and McDonald IslandsHoly SeeHondurasHong KongHungaryIcelandIndiaIndonesiaIranIraqIrelandIsle of ManIsraelItalyJamaicaJapanJerseyJordanKazakhstanKenyaKiribatiKorea\, Democratic People's Republic ofKorea\, Republic ofKuwaitKyrgyzstanLao People's Democratic RepublicLatviaLebanonLesothoLiberiaLibyaLiechtensteinLithuaniaLuxembourgMacaoMadagascarMalawiMalaysiaMaldivesMaliMaltaMarshall IslandsMartiniqueMauritaniaMauritiusMayotteMexicoMicronesiaMoldovaMonacoMongoliaMontenegroMontserratMoroccoMozambiqueMyanmarNamibiaNauruNepalNetherlandsNew CaledoniaNew ZealandNicaraguaNigerNigeriaNiueNorfolk IslandNorth MacedoniaNorthern Mariana IslandsNorwayOmanPakistanPalauPalestine\, State ofPanamaPapua New GuineaParaguayPeruPhilippinesPitcairnPolandPortugalPuerto RicoQatarRomaniaRussian FederationRwandaRéunionSaint BarthélemySaint Helena\, Ascension and Tristan da CunhaSaint Kitts and NevisSaint LuciaSaint MartinSaint Pierre and MiquelonSaint Vincent and the GrenadinesSamoaSan MarinoSao Tome and PrincipeSaudi ArabiaSenegalSerbiaSeychellesSierra LeoneSingaporeSint MaartenSlovakiaSloveniaSolomon IslandsSomaliaSouth AfricaSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsSouth SudanSpainSri LankaSudanSurinameSvalbard and Jan MayenSwedenSwitzerlandSyria Arab RepublicTaiwanTajikistanTanzania\, the United Republic ofThailandTimor-LesteTogoTokelauTongaTrinidad and TobagoTunisiaTurkmenistanTurks and Caicos IslandsTuvaluTürkiyeUS Minor Outlying IslandsUgandaUkraineUnited Arab EmiratesUnited KingdomUnited StatesUruguayUzbekistanVanuatuVenezuelaViet NamVirgin Islands\, BritishVirgin Islands\, U.S.Wallis and FutunaWestern SaharaYemenZambiaZimbabweÅland Islands\n Country\n \n \n How many people are you looking at?1 - 2 Standard Rates3 - 5 Group Discount>10 In-House Training\, Huge Savings!Undecided\, need more informationThis is just an approximate number.
