  1. Purpose of Privacy Policy

Opus Kinetic Pte Ltd (“Opus Kinetic”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “OKPL” or “Training Provider”) is a business consultancy and corporate training course provider company headquartered in Singapore.

This Privacy Policy summarises the information (“personal information”) we may collect in conjunction to the use of our products and services. Personal information collected may include information such as name, job title, department, company name, company address, telephone number, fax number, email address, bank and payment details.

Personal information collected for the usage of including but not limited to market survey, feedback, online marketing activities, allow us to fulfil our obligations to you as our user, participant, member and/or customer.

Our policy applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for business operation purposes.

Analysis of User Behaviour

Opus Kinetic reserves the right to perform statistical analysis of user behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest and use of the various areas of the Website as well as the number of users that have been exposed to or clicked on the advertising banners.

Absolutely! The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data by submitting your request in writing or via email to the contact details provided below.

Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.

Where the Customer provides Customer Personal Data to the Training Provider, the Customer shall make reasonable effort to ensure that the data is accurate and complete before providing it. The Training Provider shall put in place adequate measures to ensure that data in its possession is accurate and complete. In any case, the Training Provider shall take steps to correct any errors in the Customer Personal Data, as soon as practicable.

Should you wish to make a request for access to a copy of the personal data which we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your personal data, or (b) a correction request to correct or update any of your personal data which we hold about you, you may submit your request in writing or via email to the contact details provided below. We will respond to your request soonest possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within ten (10) calendar days after receiving your request, we will respond in writing within thirty (30) calendar days by when we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we will inform you of the reason/s why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).

Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue to provide our products or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the manner described above.

Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

We are committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure.  Personal data retained by us is only for as long as we have legitimate reason to do so. Where your information is no longer required, we will dispose it in a secure manner as described in the above Clause 4.

We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore unless it is for the purpose of the business operation.
